Fertibella is a scam but they still screw you

So long story short I did the trial. Due to complications with me now 6 weeks pregnant and almost having a miscarriage I honestly thought I had more time. I really hate how they actually do not offer you any other offers and do not try to partially give you any funds back. Like, what use do we have for your product after becoming pregnant? You charge for the supposed FREE trial bottles and test ok. So after an inquiry is made why not at least refund us and stop the second order? That is a method that is really not expected. It is the holidays and the money that was taken was supposed to go for something else but I guess rules are rules. I will not be referring anyone to this company and I will be trying to resale this box that is on its way here because I am pregnant but this is not good customer satisfaction at all.
