Credit Card Errors

Consortium Reclaim have had my money (nearly £3,000) for nearly TWO YEARS. They originally said the claim would take 3 to 6 months. I have phoned on more than several occasions and all I ever get is some welsh person with such a strong accent you can hardly understand what they're saying basically telling me "it won't be long now" "we're nearly there" all the time they are getting interest on my money. These girls that answer the phone are clearly reading the responses from a card, they are like parrots repeating over and over again what they are told to say. This company is a RIP OFF don't pay them anything they will keep your money for years and then hide behind their "solicitor" company Credit Clear Services. I am totally sick of phoning this company please please don't put yourself through it they are liars and thieves
