steal my money for service which they never provided

Bought a phone from them time ago. I wanted to update it and wend to costco kiosk where I received no services. These people took my money, lied me that my phone has been updated but actually did nothing. When I came back and complained they just laughed in my face. This is the worst company ever! Beware and never buy from them!

HVAC Acosta

I paid Costco and their vendor, Acosta $10,000.00 to put in a new HVAC unit. We had issues with the new unit and duct work performed by the vendor. They finally fixed the unit and duct work. However, in the process of installing the unit they ruined the exterior molding to the house and knocked a big hole in my mural painting in my family room. This happened on April 1, 2016. Costco kiosk resolution manager has been engaged with the problem for two weeks. At this time it seems that the vendor does not want to fix the damages they caused on my property. I requested that Costco not pay them from the monies Costco received from me. I even indicated it on the Costco forms I had to sign. Costco paid them and I am out in the cold trying to figure out if the money will come out of my pocket to fix damages caused by a Costco vendor.

This is crazy.......this is a case of bad customer services to an executive member.

Be careful when using a Costco vendor. I thought I was safe because they had a Kiosk in Costco......what a mistake.

RIP-OFF

They did the most unprofessional job and they lied about the "service" and I found out too late that costco takes 1/3 off the top for their vaca's etc. The lady at the kiosk sold me (and I'm blond) a bunch of crap and the next thing I had a very unhappy salesperson at my house at 11am and told me no he doesn't "design" anything just give me the check. I said I didn't want my counters done yet I was told I had to pay first but I was doing floors and a bathroom I didn't want my counter tops done till last. They treated me and my brother who had also signed to get just his kitchen but that was all messed up also. they brought the wrong quartz for him and I had no intentions of letting them tear out mu kitchen so they wouldn't get in troublle. I was so angry that I was bullied into having them do it 2 months before I wanted mine. Then they said I had to pay for them to tear out my counters and I was going to be keeping my nice existing cabinets. They made a mess they my sink against the dining room wall slpit some of the cabinets anyway when they put them in the edge was not there the water just drips down the front ther are 2 holes one should never have been there the other is my grohe soap dispenser that they cut the hole wrong. I'm almost 70 have a brain tumor and just recovered from back surgery. I am going to put this on U TUBE and I'm going tgo contacy their head office before I file a claim with the better business bureau and anyone else that cares. They said we did enough for you would that be when the guy who was measuring how precise the cuts had to be came in and said hi my name is Marcos and this is my last day with THIS company! I wish I would have canceled and demanded my money back.
