Country Club Varnabhoomi Customer cheated
Intended to bring to your kind notice that we are very unhappy with the dealings and services rendered to us by COUNTRY CLUB Dubai in terms of the Project VarnaBhoomi Sholayur Palakkad. We sadly and supposedly claim we are the owners of Phase 3 Plot No. 339 and 340 which is just a piece of barren land (as witnessed personally) that is not fit for any residential/commercial construction and till date has not seen any work in progress.
We have actually seen the land and have pictures of it, nothing like what was shown to us as from Abu Dhabi Country Club office and representatives while at the time of purchase. The land is not even a flat straight land but hilly and mountain which is under disputes as we found out on our visit to this place in September. This is a clean case of civil dispute and fraudulent land registration with bogus documents and people. We thouroughly understand the registration for our land is also not done through proper channels and are only false representatives as signed on land deed.
We had approached the Abu Dhabi representative Mr. Subhan for solutions and he had told us that he will talk to the office concerned and give us some options, sadly no one has called us from the Dubai office to discuss way forward. As a matter of solution we expect you to return us the money we have spend on purchase and land registration which is Dhs. 26000 + Rs. 1 Lakh for land registration. Also please keep in mind we know the present availing price of land/plots in Palakkad which is way lower and bloody cheaper than what was told to us at the time of purchase.
We know lots of other people and families who have also fallen prey and have been cheated by Country Club. Any failure in providing solutions from your side, we will be forced to take legal action and submit group petition and at the same time prompt us to report through social media, newspapers and court both here in UAE and Kerala.
