I think we are in the same boat. We became a member last May 2013. After reading all the online tread in different website. I feel so disappointed. We already paid around 6,000 dhs via credit card last year and now they are demanding us to settle the remaining balance that we need to pay. Any suggestion......

fraud company
plz plz dont go for the membership bcz they are saying 5star facilities,if u see the properties that is not even 2 star also.
the worst thing is they are not giving the booking also.
