Inquiry regarding country club doha

Hai am Bala,from India.Yesterday we got a call from country club stating that we won gifts.we went there they explained for two hours.we didn't searched about this club before going there, we paid qr1000 from debit card and believed that it's true because we had a plan to join in some clubs.After coming home we searched in net for reviews and really shocked.we logged a complaint in bank for refund today.will it work?...please anyone help regarding this...
