False commitments

Hi,

I have got multiple calls from CCL and they claimed that i was selected for free Holidays and i have to meet them to collect voucher. So we had visited and met them in one of the hotel in sharjah. During the long conversation i paid 9000 aed as a full and final amount for 5 years holidays kool life club(5years +6n /7d stay) plus 2 free holiday vouchers, domestic air tickets 4 nos to and fro. One day free stay in hotel, free birthday, anniversory celebration at any CCL with dinner cake and gift all free. But after i paid 9000 aed in oct-2017. I have realized that its all fake commitments. Also i have visited their office in feb-mar-2018 at Karama thay advised me to invest in some plot schemes but i denied then they said that their sales dept are like that and i have requested to settled my membership with atleast 5 years holidays for 6n+7 days stay without any additional amount or AMC charges. Still my case is not yet solved.
