unauthorized charges
I used their services just once and after this company got my private details they started fraudulently charge my account without any reason and notice. I contacted them and claimed for a refund, they apologized and promised to fix everything and to refund me all overcharged money but it never happened and now these unauthorized charges continue. Beware and be careful!

Borders on a scam site. After ordering a 50cc moped, I had to constantly call for nearly 2 months until the bike finally arrived. Not as advertised, the bike came in pieces- the site said the only assembly was "mirrors and rear box." After painstakingly putting it together, and spending upwards of $300 on mechanics fees over a month or so, I realized the bike was defective. I contacted the only representative who I could get through to, "wayne," for months, who slowly used excuses and eventually completely ghosted me, nearing the 5th month of my 6 month warranty. Luckily, I filed a report with my bank and got a full refund. Do not risk this site. Use a bigger brand.
