Appointment letter

I received an appointment letter from Courtyard Hotel &Resorts. I think it is a scam. No face to face interviews only online interview. The party involved are Dr David Williams HR manager & Mike Brown visa and employment representive. Visa applications is USD 550. Is this a scam...Let me know
