Rude & absence of customer service

Windows received with instructions for a different type of window. The instructions offered no helpful information whatsoever for proper installation. Called the company & the representative was rude, offered no help except promising to email some helpful information which was never received. Displeased and disappointed in Crestline. Will not use this company again.
