Horrible headaches, worse vision

I had Crystallens for cataract surgery almost a year ago in both eyes. $8000. I have had horrible eye headaches, use drops constantly, Restasis, etc. I had perfect 20/20 distance vision but dr. Recommended Crystallens to improve close up vision and reduce reader use. Sounded great. Horrible headaches immediately but went ahead and had the second one done as I was told it would clear up. Distance vision is worse and night driving is extremely difficult. The headaches are debilitating at times. I have seen dr. And he says it's all good. Had yag but no improvement. Have many days with blurry vision, like Vaseline and/or sand in eyes. So frustrated. I considered a lawsuit but was told by a lawyer friend that in the state of Texas it's very difficult to get anything.
