Scam Alert! CUCAS & Beijing ChiWest China Study Abroad Frauds

These con artists are very charming and smooth-talking scamsters and both companies are owned by the same Chinese guy who is a former government official. Beijing ChiWest collects the money for CUCAS. They charge thousands of dollars to fill out a university application form you can do yourself and get the very same results. They claim to be part of the Chinese government and both SAIC and my embassy told me this is a blatant lie.
