Worst service all time
consumer police that is disgusting i dont think the health department would like that do you?knowing this family they think they are better than anyone else and above wearing gloves because its their restaurant and they have the kind of pull in marion that they dont care owner ramey swan father jim swan council member mother/wife cindy swan owners of marion steel fabrications and best friends with mayor seibold all worthless

car charger/ poor service
I went to the Rentra Rd. Columbus, Ohio Culver's and this was my first visit to Culver's. The worker that took my order didn't seem to know the menu there when I told her what I wanted. I told her this was my first time there and she just went on taking my order didn't explain the restaurant, didn't have a smile on her face, she was shy and basically didn't care. She gave me a number and I had to ask her if this meant my my food was being brought to the table, she also didn't tell me where I go to get my drinks.
What I am really angry about is when I was getting ready to leave a customer asked me if I drove a specific car in the parking lot and I told him yes and he asked me if I had a car charger and told me what it looked like and replied back yes, He told me that he picked it up from beside my car and brought it in the store and gave it to one of the workers there. I thanked him and went up front and told the worker that had the tattoo on her ears that my car charger was brought to the counter by a customer, she then looked for a couple seconds then yelled over to what I believe was the supervisor and asked about the car charger and she yelled back that no one found one, which I told the worker that I was not asking if someone brought it up there, I was telling her that a customer told me that he brought it up there.
So the supervisor yelled back to the worker and said "if it is not in the lost in found then we don't have it" being very rude, they didn't even ask anyone else. So I left without it, knowing it was behind the counter. So what I would like you to do is tell that store to mail it to me. The charger is black with a blue circle that lights up. The time that I came to that store was between 12:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

We are seniors and have and will continue to visit our Culver's locations in Sheboygan However OUR GRIPE IS A FOLLOWS!! Each calendar month we go to Culver's our location and pick-up flavor of the day calendar. We select which one we will get dessert from based on that. However last evening 9/21/15 our nearest location(s Taylor) was supposed to be dreamcicle! Much to our dislike that enjoyable flavor was served a week earlier!!!! In addition, we asked what the other Culver's locations flavors of that date were serving . We were informed by a MGR that they didn't know! Since all Sheboygan locations have same owners couldn't mgr offer to find out? Rather than us wasting are gas & time to check! Needless to say we returned home disappointed!!!!!!! We were also informed the dreamcicle flavor is going to be discontinued?
