The saqme thing happen to me, I order the twister for my twins and they didn't want it.I return the twisterand call to cancel everythig.Iwent to check my account the $43.34 was charge to my account anyway.I called twice and got two different stories from each person.
the first lady never put in the computerthat she would return the money to my account.

I placed an order via the 800, as advertised on tv. It took about 10 minutes due to all the heavy selling regarding additional pillows and pillow cases...I only wanted the regular pillow offered at $19.99 plus S/H and the free pillow plus S/H. Somewhere in the computerized ordering process, I guess it was when I said NONE, the computer marked it as ONE...and my debit card was charged over $62 and I cannot return the items since there is no invoice or shipping slip in the order shipped, no human to speak to regarding this and just want to let everyone know that this is a scam. Better business bureau will be hearing from me.
All I want is an address to return the extra, unordered merchandise and get a credit back.

beware of these scammers
ordered Air Hawk. their pre authorize credit card request was for higher amount than the order total and they were at total loss to explain the reason for it. Blocked that credit card so that they won't be able to receive any payments. Amazon sell the item and you get it from them in two days- should have ordered it from Amazon in the first place as they are honest and reputable,
unlike these yokels.

Flawless Legs
I called and ordered a AC Adapter but did not receive a Changing Cable with it, which I also needed. I have called for three days to order the cable but all I get is a busy signal no matter what time of day or night. Please can I order the Changing cable to match my adapter. I will take the 5.9 if available , if not then the 2.6 foot one. PLEASAE someone help me!!!!! Answer the phone or send it to me, I will pay for it.

COST TO RETURN JUNK
I bought 4 Bell and Howell Bionic spotlights, so far 2 have taken on water and ceased to work. I contacted product # on package, was told 5yr warrenty. I emailed receipts and pic with my info to a Noelle 7/8. I f/u 8/9/21 s/w a Denise who told me I needed to pay to send them back so they could replace. I was not told this 1st time and asked why I had to pay to junk and I was not happy. She said because I bought it from retail store Bed,Bath,Beyond. I said that is not right for me to spend $. she hung up on me. Do not buy products that list www.emsoninc on package!
