Very Rude Nurse Practitioner
The nurse practitioner was very rude. She became offended when I told her that I didn't believe in alternative medicine. I was very sick from a flare up with allergies. I had severe congestion in my head that otc meds did not help. She was from the West indies or Carribean so they may embrace that type of medicine, but this is not what I pay for. I'm a nurse and I expect medication that is evidence based and has been tested to be effective. She told me that she wasn't going to give me anything and continued to smart mouth every answer I gave her. I reported her to CVS but they don't care. I went to another Minute clinic the next day and an American Nurse practitioner prescribed me a Z-pack what I needed. You have to be careful who you let doctor on you in these walk in places. I was verbally abused by this woman, and she had no supervisor present I could talk with, and the store manager said they weren't responsible for the clinic.

I wouldn’t take my dog there
I made an online appointment for my daughter. We are in town visiting my Sister in law battling cancer. My daughter has fever, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and decreased appetite. We ubered to appointment early. Upon checking in, the practitioner came out and said why are you here. I explained the above. She said she doesn’t look sick and i am not giving her antibiotics. I explained that i just didn’t want to expose my sister in law to anything. She said that she is exposed to everyone. My sister in law is home bound. This all took place in the waiting room. Even in Mississippi we have Hippa. We ubered back without being seen. I would share the cold hearted practitioners name but she didn’t bother to introduce herself.

The worst experience ever!!!
I had a terrible experience with the Nurse practitioner on duty today 02/23/18. I went to read my TB test which I had done by another nurse practitioner 2 days earlier. For the record, I am a registered nurse and I am certified and trained in reading TB test. Redness noted on the TB site does not indicate a reaction especially when there is no induration. I have done several TB tests and I never get a positive and i must say I do have some redness because I am sensitive to an ingredient in the TB serum used for vaccination. Immediately she saw my arm without examining the site, the nurse practitioner said "oh that's for sure a reaction" without examining my arm with a finger sweep to check for induration as recommended by CDC. I informed her that there is no induration and that she should examine it. She said well I think it's indurated, I was like you think. Then she brought out a ruler and measured the erythema area, I told her, based on my experience from reading TB test, you measure the induration not the erythema as recommended by CDC. She refused and was arguing with me. I told her I don't agree and I will like to get a second opinion. She got on the phone and called someone from another clinic. While on the phone, she was smart talking me and I bet the other person on the phone who does not know whether i had an induration or not, took sides with her. Once she got off the phone, she continued typing on the phone without paying any attention to me. Then I asked her, since you are off the phone, what is your action plan? She said well I will be sending you to your doctor and I said I was going to get this done somewhere else anyway, and I asked if I can leave. Her response was,"well you will have to pay for the reading". I told her I was not going to pay for an inaccurate reading. Her response was "you are going to be banned from every minute clinic and I am going to report you". I was surprised and upset with her threat. I told her well I am leaving now, you can go ahead with your threats. On my way out, I spoke with the CVS manager, and she apologized but told me the managers don't have any authority or jurisdiction over the minute clinic. She gave me a customer service number to call and complain. I did that on my way home, however, the rep I spoke with said I will be contacted once my complaint has been reviewed. I asked how long will that take but was told, he has no idea. From my research customers complaints are never taken seriously by CVS.
As a professional nurse, I believe patients have rights and should be treated in a respectful and dignified manner. I was surprised this happened because I have come across patients who do not agree with their providers and are not treated in a disdain manner like I was treated. I hope CVS see the customer complaints and respond.

Didn't do anything she typed on paper
I went to the minute clinic for HBP treatmebt which they could not do anything. I'm looking at the sheet of paper she typed up all they said they did. Which she did not. Especially my nose she would have seen my nose was fractured. Sye said she checked my nose, neck, and a bunch of other stuff. Only thing they did was check my blood pressure and pulse and temp. Something about blood alcohol level noted on the page too. How would she know anything with no tests. I don't drink like that. I feel that she falsified indo on that page a out me. Called an ambulance stated I am going to one hospital and told the paramedics another hospital. Plus holding them up still writing false info. No, unacceptable. Told the paramedics bye and went to another hospital. Between there and the emergency room my BP had dropped tremendously. Got a script and left.

Covid Test
Had a Covid test done Saturday 27th June, I was told 2-4 day wait which is acceptable. Then after 5 days called in and it said the time frame for results is now at 5 day wait. let two days go by now it's telling me it will be taking up to 8 days. Ok Minute Clinic this isn't acceptable anymore. I chose minute clinic and I never will again. . How is this time frame acceptable this isn't March ,April, May we all have been dealing with this for awhile. Most people I know having the test get immed results or a 24hr window.
Thanks for nothing
