LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I have booked 2 appointments for Rapid Test, for me and my husband, at the 210 East 86th street location 3-4 days in advance only to be cancelled 1 hour before my appointment! The text reads "due to "Temporary closure"!! WHY is the site allowing people to book appointments to a location, I finally understood, is CLOSED! This is so many levels of irresponsible!

Whoever has the job of updating the site should be immediately fired. This is a potentially huge problem for those of us in need of the service they are supposedly providing since people book these tests to get on Planes or simply go to work in places where it is required!

It's not easy finding availability for appointments in NYC because its so damn congested which is WHY I booked it so much in advance. You can do a walk in at urgent care and WAIT 4 HOURS as I learned the hard way.

Someone needs to fix this YESTERDAY!
