CYFD will be the DEATH of YOUR CHILD

CYFD and the District Court in New Mexico is a disgrace to our country's' ideology and judicial system. Furthermore, CYFD lacks in family unity, the welfare and safety of children, and completely destroys 89.3% of those children's lives. These lives end in turmoil and/or death. Unfortunately, this has been determined by the courts in Albuquerque and no one is taking responsibility or action in correcting such a faulty and corrupt system, As for the parents, that have been heartbroken, genuinely love their child, and are responsible parents, are provided with 3rd WORLD rights and apparently DO NOT have the opportunity to speak in front of a judge. CYFD allows their Case Workers to determine the outcome of several cases without legal education, psychology, criminal law, etc.

How is this possible? I'm dumfounded how my child can be taken away into the hands of the other parent whom never was a part of that child's life, conjure BS in order to obtain state benefits for their own selfishness, and is alloted the right to custody of that child.

My hands are up in the air.....
