this company works against human rights
CYFD in albuquerque took my kids away from me without a proper reason, just because of someone's complaint. They never cleared the situation and all their actions were dishonest and against human rights! This company MUST BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Well I see another child has been senselessly murdered in NM. And guess what? We didn't get an Amber alert until 1am this morning. Congratulations NM! Another child is gone without any help from our government. I'm not sure who I am disappointed in more, CYFD or District court at this point. I was in district court yesterday because my granddaughters mother NP, beat her up again. Oh, wait, I forget, since the mother said that my gdaughter (4' 0" 65lb) hit her , and my granddaughter had the rug burn on her back from her mother dragging her around the floor by her hair. CYFD , JB said that the abuse was justified. ( well, thank the Lord for that!)And then there's the family court judge, GL who seemed to be bugged since of course this was the second time in four months that NP has been seen in his court for beating her daughter. How dare her show up again and bother him from his siesta! Well, he says, let's just leave it to CYFD, they're awesome! They seem to have the BEST interest of our children! So tell me NM, when will it be enough? How many of our babies are going to have they're insides ripped out from some pervert for us to say E F_ _ _ _ ing nough!!!!

Allows abusive parents keep their children!
CYFD of New Mexico will go into a home and if their is no obvious signs of neglect or abuse will take your children however when they go into homes where the children are obviously neglected and abused in some way shape or form they do NOT take them. They actually leave the children in violent situations and take the children who are not abused and adopt them out. The state of new Mexico gets a certain amount of money for every child they adopt out. I personally had my son taken away because of a babysitter falsely accusing me of molesting my own son back in 2002, in February 2016 I reported a person for psychologically verbally and emotionally abusing her children and they didn't investigate her because she had two boys tell the investigator that I molested her son. Both accusations have never been brought to charges because they are false and no evidence of any type against me. Now the children will have to live in constant fear of their mother because she threatens them everyday if they dont do what she tells them or if they dont listen to her

NM CYFD BREACHES THE MEDIATION CONTRACT
I WOULD COUNSEL ANY ONE WITH A NM CYFD TO GET A COMPLETE COPY OF THEIR CASE AND LOOK OVER IT VERY CAREFULLY. THE ATTORNEY FOR THE NM CYFD, SANDRA GARDNER, BREACHED MY MEDIATION CONTRACT I.E THE STIPULATED JUDGEMENT AND DISPOSITION AS TO RESPOND DOC....AT THE TIME OF SIGNING AND THEN FAILED TO DISCLOSE THE CHANGES THAT SHE MADE TO THE DOCUMENT.

Grandkuds
My grandkids were taken away by their fathers on false allegations and cyfd took over the case by Sarah Martinez. They only came over once for a home visit and never followed up. She did a phone interview in court in los lunas in front of the judge without even meeting my daughter. At this point my grandson was given over to a person doing meth and dating a stripper and porn star. We informed them of this and they did not do a single thing about it. What is wrong with this state. Does there need to be a another Martens case. It is so sad.
