Product Misrepresentation
Dalene Carpet www.daleneflooring.com/
Rug received was different from store sample. Dalene refused to provide refund or even discount for rug. Followed up for several months without any resolution. Very disappointed. Would not do business with Dalene again.

Poor scheduling and service
The scheduling was done poorly. The workers were suppose at my house between 8-10 and never arrived till 10:45. No phone call and couldn't reach anybody at the store that morning. The store opens at 10:00 and the phone didn't get switched over till 10:30. They finally get to my house and start working and the head guy had to leave to finish the other job they didn't finish. The workers did stay the next day late to finish my floor. But they did put a hole in my wall and didn't tell us. The were other issues too. We tried to talk to the President's son of the company but he wouldn't call us back. I would never have this company in my house again. This company doesn't care if there is problems. The store I went to was the Southington store.
