I bought a sofa from DAMRO showroom (Velachery) its very comfortable, and very good service, prompt delivery time.Excellecnt reception.

Poor service delivery
The previous week they delivered wrong bed. (Mattress size is correct) After that they said they don't have that size product. After we paid for another size. They put the mattress and the wrong bed and they went. They came back again and collecting the wrong bed and mattress. Two days before, They asked addition payment for the mattress. I paid for that also. Still, we didn't get your bed and mattress. I am very disappointed with your service.

Poor service
I visited the store in Negombo Road and purchased a small cupboard. After payment the salesman tells me the item in store has already been sold. He then offered to have another delivered the following day. I was told the deliverymen will contact me in the morning to let me know the delivery time. Following morning no calls. Contacted the showroom twice they assured me the deliverymen will contact me. No calls received till late afternoon. Finally delivered in the evening. Wasted a whole day waiting. I feel I made a big mistake by visiting damro. The salesmen were polite but the service standard and product knowledge of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.
