BREACH OF CONTRACT/FRAUD/SLANDER

Dana and I entered into an agreement to TRADE pups Jan. 2015 on a red to red&white parti breeding that was to take place early Feb 2015-the breeding took place-pups were born-all males-DANA DECLINED pups (the litter was all males) our agreement was for a male and female but she could have taken her male at that time she did not- I have offered on 6 separate occasions pups to her...red males-twice...apricot parti female-black abstract(red-mom, red sable phantom sire)- sable- red sable phantom-and yes red&white parti LINE bred pups(from my INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION SIRED FEMALE) -she has DECLINED all pups - our agreement was she sent me a black&white parti female(she had a hernia) and a TRI parti male(he is a SABLE parti) she was to get in return a red and red&white parti (1)male(1)female from my red to red&white parti breeding when the litter was all males(I can't control sex of pups) she declined to even take her male this is why I have offered NUMEROUS pups on NUMEROUS occasions to fulfill this agreement.Dana in no way understands COLORS nor does she understand color genetics ...every puppy she has been offered has a red genetic background but I could not make her begin to understand so I gave up trying. I can furnish the original agreement, emails where I have tried to send her pups,pictures of the dogs she sent me that are NOT as she described.I was LEGALLY bound to fulfill my end of agreement with the breeding outlined in our agreement and I TRIED in no way have I ever been legally bound to offer pups from any other breedings BUT I HAVE!!! Attached you will see the male she sent me as a TRI PARTI this male is clearly NOT tri This is just a lady who thought she could call all the shots and DEMAND whatever she wanted I pushed back and here we are...slinging mud. Please feel free to ask for supporting documents from me to PROVE my side.Thank you
