Never received sample and was charged $5.95 plus $89.95
I never received the sample and was charged $5.95 for it. In addition, I was charged another $89.95 for the deadsea kit which I did not approve. I have tried to contact the company, but. their FL phone # only says the mailbox is full, try again.
I contacted my bank and filed a claim to get my money back.

Sending products without my approval and taking £97 from my account
I read about a free trial of dead sea beauty creams for £3.95. I ended up with an amount of £97 coming off my bank account which I could not afford as I am a widow and pensioner and that kind of money is far too expensive to waste on face creams. Now today 25th June I have received a further supply which I do not wish to keep. Somebody please help to stop this from happening again I have sent e-mails but no-one seems to reply. This is a big con people, be aware, put a warning out on your bank account so that your bank can keep a watch for any money being demanded for this product. HELP PLEASE

vivexin eye cream /creams
I ordered a sample of the eye cream for which they charged me, but they took the liberty of sending me an order which I did not place and without my authorisation they took out of my account on 10-4-2013 £89.90 and yet again on 13/06/13 they took another £89.90 without my authorisation, again for goods I certainly did not order as I am a pensioner and cannot afford such extrvagances.
Who are those people? How can they carry out business like that by stealing people's money, because this is what they do, since without people's authorisation they keep sending their goods and keep taking the money out of their account. The amount of £179.80 is an awful lot of money to be taken out of one's account especially when this is half of their monthly pension just because the company of Vivexin wants to promote their goods. This is to say the least CRIMINAL and something should be done about it. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
