never purchased, fraud on my card
Charged my card without my permission. No product delivered, no contact at all. Now i will have to get a new card which will cause lots of problems with vendors that auto w/draw.

I Have an email address to help get your money back
I to had a problem with the dead sea kit product. A couple days after receiving the free trial I emailed the company at [email protected] so I could get a return address and let them know I wanted to return it. They got back to me with in 24 hours with the address. I also went to their website and logged into my account, and checked a box to stop any further reordering. after about 3 weeks after sending the item back i noticed the charge of $89... I emailed them right away and got a response within less than 12 hours. Long story short we emailed back and forth about 4 times b4 we came to the conclusion of me emailing them a copy of my receipt from the post office. but instead of sending it to [email protected] they had me send it to their office manager to have my refund expedited [email protected] .. and within 3 days my money was refunded.
So if anyone is having problems first email [email protected]
And to have it handeled with utmost urgency email [email protected]

I HAVE BEEN SCAMED
I too, have been scamed from this horrid dead sea kit. After phone calls and numerous email's, I finally have resolved my complaint with the threat of exposing this scam to Canada's finest, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I will share my information to all of the people that have been scamed,and fell into this pit, I hope what I have shared on this site, will help anyone that fell prey to this scam. Good Luck!
PS It would cost me $200.00 to return the products that I received, 3 weeks after the trial period

dead sea beauty kit
This kit was offered as a free trial, just pay the postage of £2.95....There was no mention of £97.95 being charged for it.....However when the kit arrived I realised, the pots were larger, than samples, so I decided to return the products....Its only when, I was looking for a return address, I noticed the charge, that they say they will debit from my account. (see above) I spoke to my bank and explained the situation...they advised me to cancel my card, asap,,,which I did I CANNOT BELIEVE, NOTHING IS BEING DONE, ABOUT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! it's a scam, pure and simple...
