Thsi site is not just hazardous to companies but, also, to customers
Dealfind recently ran an add for a 32 GB Toshiba SDHC memory card. They sold over 10, 000 for $29.00 through a site called XVS 360.
All of these cards are Forgeries and are in fact rebranded 8 Gb cards. The cards firmware shows 32 GB unless you test it with H2testw it will confirm that the card is actually under 8 GB and the remaining memory is corrupt. This is even worse than selling a working forgery, as the owner will believe the card is recording when it in fact is not. Great for putting your honeymoon pics on or your kids first birthday. Dealfind is totally ignoring the fact that this company is committing a criminal offence and their advise is to return it to them... I guess so they can sell it to some other poor unsuspecting smuck. The right thing to do would be advise everyone who has purchased these cards of the perils of using them and refund everyone their money.

Thsi site is not just hazardous to companies but, also, to customers
I wish I knew about this before. I ordered the air swimmer on December 5th. The company operates only an hour from my home. I still have not received this product. I have sent two emails, no replies. I have also contacted Dealfind but I am not hopeful. This deal was originally posted using a company called KMtoysonline. That deal fell through and Dealfind went with Widgetlove. I highly doubt I will use Dealfind again. I wonder how much research Dealfind actually does on these companies before letting them loose on consumers. Disappointed to say the least.

@ Jife - If wishes were fishes we'd all have some to fry. Try disputing the charge with your bank.

I will never use them again
I am 100% in agreement with this post. I wish there was a better way to let the unsuspecting small business community know and become fully aware of the impact this could have on their business.

The BBB itself is a scam.
COmpanies have to pay if they want good ratings.
"In 2010, 20/20, an ABC network news magazine, reported in a segment titled 'The Best Ratings Money Can Buy' about the irregularities in BBB ratings. They reported that a man created two dummy companies which received A+ ratings as soon as he had paid the membership fee. They also reported that business owners were told that the only way to improve their rating was by paying the fee. In one case a C was turned to an A immediately after a payment and in another case a C- became an A+. Chef Wolfgang Puck said that some of his businesses receive Fs because he refuses to pay a fee. Ritz Carlton, which does not belong either, also receives Fs for not responding to its complaints.
In response, the president of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has stated the BBB ratings system will cease awarding points to businesses for being BBB members. The national BBB's executive committee took several steps to address the public’s perception of the ratings system. The BBB ratings system no longer gives additional points to businesses who pay accreditation fees. They also implemented a system to handle complaints about BBB sales practices and planned a review of their accreditation process.
In Canada, the CBC News reported in 2010, that Canadian BBBs were downgrading the ratings scores of businesses who stopped paying their dues. For example, a moving business who had an A rating and had been a BBB member for 20 years, dropped to a D-minus rating when they allegedly no longer wanted to pay dues."

They are scam artists and obviously do not screen their "merchants"
I've also purchased 2 BOGUS deals from Dealfind. First they want to put your refund in Dealfind dollars so they can rip you off again. Even though their website says 30 day refund. First was a carpet cleaning company that DOES NOT EXIST. The second was a hotel voucher that has no value unless you pay an additional $40 to use the voucher. Their customer service has promised for 1 week that a refund was forthcoming. I just got off the phone with a supervisor named Natalie who told me she would send me an email verifying the refund immediately, then said as soon as the refund was issued a few minutes later, I would receive another email verifying the refund. It's over 1 hour later and still no email. I called back, miraculously, Natalie was in a meeting. I called their corporate office in Toronto and got voice mail for all of Dealfind executives. This is a SCAM. Stick with Groupon. They have grown into a publicly traded IPO and answer to stockholders and don't pull crap like this. Dealfind is a FRAUD

While I agree that BBB is not to be trusted (they conveniently "lost" my complaint of a computer repair and retail store in Victoria which they had given their "torch ethics award" to) the "F" rating for Dealfind is just about correct. Dealfind seem only interested in protecting the merchants they enlist to their services, NOT the purchasers of the services or products. They often mislead in their ads by omission, they do not answer questions that reveal these misleading ads, even ads selling dangerous items are allowed (even after they are informed of the issues) and the discounts they show are sometimes completely bogus, by using inflated and unrealistic original prices, or improper math to come up with their numbers. Just today they offered a "canvas print" with a discount of 79% (regular $155, for $32) It is only when you read the fine print on other webpages that you determine the "real" regular price is only $105 (a discount of 69%). The other $50 is a coupon toward a second purchase. When you go to the website of the merchant, you find the only product for $105 regular price is a 16x16" canvas print, an odd size for most photos, and all others sizes and dimensions cost more.
My experience is that most of Dealfind's "deals" are either misrepresented, falsely described, show inflated and unrealistic original prices, or have other loopholes. On the other hand, my experience with Groupon has been totally positive. I even had to cancel one deal with them, and they immediately refunded the money, no questions asked. All other deals with Groupon have been good value and went smoothly.

DO NOT USE DEALFIND!!! PLEASE HEED THE WARNING. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SELL VOUCHERS WITH CONNECTIONS TO SCAM ARTISTS! Natalie, Samantha, Avital, on and on and on. i have made so many phone calls to these people, that they should pay me for my time. I insisted on a refund because I received a piece of junk. They were going to give me dealfind dollars. Why in the name of God would I want Dealfind dollars to do more business with scam artists. I am still involved in this craziness. i finally went to our local media outlet and they revealed them for what they are...scam artists!

Avoid dealing with this ppl
Dealfind is now in Canada... Beware!
Dealfind are total Scam Artists... Knowing fully well that one of their clients went Out-of-Business, the day before the Deal was valid for use... they then takes forever, if ever to get a refund... and if the refund date passes the 30 days... you're S.O.L.

Green Care
I purchased a voucher #6974-9812 order #120602-1120935-001 June 2, 2012 for $39.00 complete lawn care package and received an email confirmation for an appointment today at 10AM - June 20, 2012. I emailed yesterday for the company to confirm that the appointment was still on, but did not receive any response. Today I waited for 2 1/2 hours for them to come in and then sent them an email with no response. I tried calling them but their voice mail box was full. the voice mail box didn't even have a name recorded either.
I also sent another 2 emails later today with no response. This company has a "250" area code and no address, so it sounds like a scam company to me. I question whether DealFind ever qualifies any merchants.
I want to find out if Green Care is a viable company, and will do the work ASAP, or I'll get my money back - not in DealFind dollars.
Please call me at 604-872-7791 or 604-790-1048

purchased service not available
I purchased a voucher (#1992-0743) for $129 at this spa for 2 facials and 2 massages. I called a couple of weeks ago to book these for my daughter and I. After leaving multiple messages back and forth I finally got to speak to someone who informed me that they do not have a masseuse or licensed facial technitian any longer. They said they were working on getting another staff member licensed to do facials. Since my daughter is flying 2,400 miles to visit me next week that won't work and would have only provided half of the service anyway.
They suggested I get a couple of body wraps instead. Realizing they were probably struggling I finally agreed. I had 2 appts scheduled for this week. I got a call from the spa on Sat. informing me that they don't have the minerals to do the wraps.
I have tried to submit a customer service e-email request for a refund of the $129 I spent. I have had no response. There is no phone number available at Dealfind that will allow me to speak with someone.

dealfind.com
this company failed to pay my company over 6000 dollars in voucher sales from the month of may 2012. they just refused to issue the check, and they also didnt refund the customers money. so now my company is stuck with 200 customers to service and we are not receiving our 6000 dollars original voucher sales money. this company dealfind.com not only rips off its customers but also the merchants that it deals with. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE.

We- Clean, Mobile Service
I called to book an appointment and they asked which company I dealt with. Upon hearing Dealfind, they say they do not honor these vouchers, and when I asked questions they pretend the phone line was faulty and after a few moments hang up.
I called later they do not answer the phone and the message box is full, impossible to leave a call back number.
This scene was reproduced twice in a month's interval.
I would appreciate a fast resolve of this umhappy incident.

Visual Health Doctors of Optometry
I bought this voucher #5885-5982 $200 for $20. However, the store has "jacked" all their prices up by $200, so it's not a good deal at all. You will end up paying $400 for the cheapest frame/lenses.
I left the store understanding that I had just been robbed of $20.
Should I call the Police, or what???

BEWARE!!!!
BEWARE OF DEALFIND.COM! They have charged my credit card for $600!!! I never had to deal with them, so how could they take my money? I contacted my bank to help me to resolve the issue. Luckily, they returned the money, and will help me investigate this fraud company.

GREEN CARE
Like Glen and Osotua I purchased a dealfind voucher for green care services. They confirmed an appointment over email and never showed up. Their phone is not working and they do not answer the emails I sent. I feel completely SCAMED! The worst thing is that this is the third case in a row when I do not receive the service I paid for on Dealfind. Last time I argued with them over emails for so long but they only issued me a refund in stupid dealfind dollars- How can this be called a "refund" if I never spent dealfind dollars in the first place? I even doubt whether this is legal. They are just thiefs!!
Glen and Osotua- did they issue you refunds? If so, was it in actual money or in dealfind dollars?

Very sorry I fell for their fraud. I ordered a watch and they actually sent me three watches and charged my card for all three without my authorization!!!! Instead of a $20 deal I ended up paying $60 for something I never asked for. Simply unheard of and like the rest of us. There is noyone to speak to. I can't find a phone # and the emails is totally useless. Do not do the same mistake I did.

danger zone! do not use dealfind!
Sorry I fell for their trap. I purchased one watch and they delivered me three watches and charged my card for all three without my authorization! Instead of a $20 deal I ended up with paying $60 for something I never wanted. Besides the watch is really a cheap brand which they didn't mention at all in their ad. Their customer servise is the worst of the worst. They don't give any phone numbers and their email is totally useless since they never responded after five attempts. Very dissapointed and please do urself a favor and don't go near dealfind!

Home repair service
purchased to vouchers at 49.00 a voucher. first time I called to book an appt. was told they were not taking any new appt till end of year. Tried again this am and was told there were no appt left to redeem voucher. I am now trying to get my 100.00 dollars back. the company suggested that I use the voucher and top it up an extra 50.00 than they would make me an appt. I am a senior and only live on cpp and old age so there is no possible way I could top this up. A 100.00 dollars to me is my food allowance. I just want my money back please and thankyou.
