Scam
I purchased a voucher for Sparkle N Shyne from Dealfind. I called up Sparkle N Shyne multiple times and was never able to get hold of them. Once when I did, the lady said that she was not in her office and no access to computers and asked me to call her again later in the day. From that day onwards, I called her multiple times, but all I got was her Voicemail and it was full. So could not leave a message. Then I wrote to dealfind customer service asking them for a full refund. All I heard from them was that we need to consult with the vendor. Its been a week now and I have no news from Dealfind Customer Service. I want my refund and there seems to be no way to get it. Horrible business with terrible customer service. I plan to complain about it to BBB too.

DealFind's unreliable merchant
I bought many DealFind's vouchers in the past years which worked well at the beginning. Later at least four vouchers (for car wash, housecleaning) did not work right. The merchant are so unreliable. I contacted both the merchant and DealFind about this issue It just wasted a lot of time (many months until now).
These vouchers I have now are not good for me and it is not my fault that I cannot use these vouchers, DealFind should make a refund to me. As I said, the merchant is not reliable, they never contact me for booking confirmations and did not reply when I tried to reach them by phone.
