How to reach a customer service rep. in Dealfind
I am having problems reaching a business to redeem my voucher. Right now I am trying to get a hold of dealfind to get a refund. When you call their 1800 number they will direct you to the contact page website and a rep will reply back in 4-5 business days. It has surpass the 4-5 business days and I still haven't heard back from them. I would LOVE to talk to a rep via phone to see what is going on but you won't be able to reach anyone anymore. Has anyone gotten any luck and is able to reach a customer rep recently? Can you possible pass on a number to reach a rep?
I can see that I have made an error making a purchase with Dealfind. Unlike any return or problems I have had with Groupon or LivingSocial, Dealfind is not concerned with making the customer satisfied. Dealfind is giving me a real runaround about canceling and refunding my purchase.
