Accepted money/after 6 mos or more, still no mailbox
We are Carroll Elementary PTO and we have spent parents money, fundraising funds, etc. on a new dragon mailbox that will enhance the outside of our campus. However, it's been well over six months and we still don't have a mailbox. We would like to request to either expedite our order or please refund our money.

Accepted funds from our PTO, but after waiting over six months, we still don't have our mailbox. Please expedite the order or refund our money. Our students and teachers could use it.

Long wait but I received my mailbox. It is absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for providing this beautiful mailbox for me. We are the talk of the neighborhood. Will order again in the future!

Cashed check - not product received
Order placed in July 2013 and check was cashed. Seven months later, still no product. Requested a picture of present status if there is really one in production.
Otherwise, I will request full refund and file complaint with State.

18 Months and still no Mailbox
Placed order and paid in December 2014. It is now almost May of 2016, and all I get is emails promising delivery in a few weeks. I would recomend anyone looking into these mailboxes not to put yourself through this.

After 4 years still i'm waiting for my mailbox, promise i were get a refund, still waiting.
Don't buy from this man, you never see the mailbox like me.
