It realy is fraud. They charge faaaaar more then stated on the pricelist.
Upto one minute is ok but after that they skyrocket the minuteprice. When checking it with customer 'service' they only say 'calculation was ok'.
DON'T GO TO ANY OF THEIR SCAM-VOIP-SITES!

Yesterday i received an email from Betamax about my freedays being used up. I checked my account and saw a balance of 20EUR. Today i could not phone, checked my account again and saw that my balance was 2 cents. Within 2 hours about 50 phone calls were made, many of them simultanously to the same russian number.
I complained, but don't get the impression that they take the matter seriously at all. This is the second time that one of my Betamax accounts got hacked and they don't give a shit about it.
Beware, don't use any of the 12 or so Betamax products.

dellmont sarl are robbers, they chron my credit card. please don't buy anything online with your credit card for this company are fraud people. they will copie your credit card and take your money, they fraud my 250 euros.

1. then why keycollect is not giving complate your service details in your web site?

CHARGE 3 TIMES OR 4 TIMES
Dear all
from few months ago I found that you use an dishonnest way to charge a same communication 3 or 4 times
the first communication not arrived to the number dialled because no answer
the second time you apply the way to change my dialled number to a free call destination number and I have a message from your answer machine "that I have used more free call than usual " !!!!!!
and may be the third time or the forth time finally I can get my called number !!! So it is a good for you to charge at least 3 timesn the first minute !!!! it is not fair and not honnest !!!

Complaint # 1. They don't have any support, up to complaint receipt everything is fine then you will not listen from them.
Complaint # 2. They brought me in business and I shocked to see that call rates are for Pakistan increased 10 times in a single day. So I am running out of business. Trying to contact but no reply as usual.

Outgoing Voice Problem
I have a problem with my Voip Wise system. When I make to call to any party from Voipwise, I can hear him but they cannot hear me. I have checked all the configurataions but still it cannot be corrected. I use your Voipwise from my computer and when I use other VOIP such as Skype all is fine. That means incoming and outgoing voices are OK, but when I use your Voipwise programme then I have this outgoing voice problem. Can you please advice me if there is any problem in your upgrade or something.
