unethical practice

They hired me and said I'll get $12/hour. I quit in 2 weeks and went to pick up the check. I was really shocked to see they are only paying me $10.50 per hour. It turned out that if you worked less than 35 hours they'll pay you this low rate and they forgot to tell me that! This is very unethical!
