Call this 2 numbers for cancellation
I try to write in English but I'm French. This is my first review ever! I order the trial samples and 15 min later I watch the review in the internet ( yeah I know it's not bright). I start to panic, call my bank but they said you have to contact the company. Or wait till they charge me? I try but no answer (1-888-447-6613) and it was the same thing with the e-mail. I recall my bank and the guy give me another number (1-646-569-9095).but he gave me this number like that 16465699095 (so I thought it's not good) So I continue to search in the internet and I found this number 1-646-569-9080. I call and someone answer, they cancel the order and say that the charge for trial is done (5.99$ and 3.79$) but they will be no charge in the future and I'm not gonna receive the product.
I said, don' t care I just want to cancel and I don' to want the products either. If you have problem call this two number has soon has possible. I try the other one to and it's good. Sorry again for my English. It's a good lesson for me, don't give your card number in the internet and read every terms and conditions.

Just want to let everyone know that this company Derma Juvenate says that you get a trail period of 30 days but when you get billed $99.89 for the product that you haven't even received or an invoice and its only been 14days. So you phone the company and they say it was not a trail order and if I hadn't received it within 3-4 days I should have phoned. so now Ii have a product that I don't even want and out my money and they are laughing at me and anyone else that this has happened to
THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY ARE LAIRS AND BEWARE EVERYONE DERMA JUVENATE ARE NO GOOD ! ! !
If anyone has found a way to get money back please share I might even call a lawyer

J ai lu tous les commentaires ci dessus la meme chose pour moi retrait sur ma carte non autorise. je gagne $600 par mois et je dois vivre avec ce montant. Loyer et nourriture apres avoir debite $99.00 il ne me reste presque plus rien, tout ceci pour un pot de creme ceci est du vol pur et simple et la compagnie s enrichie pendant que d autres crevent de faim c est inadmissible j ai fait suite sur face book .Que puis-faire pour recuperer mon argent j en ai besoin

Embarrassed to say I fell for this nonsense and discovered a charge on my VISA. Figure it is my penance for being stupid. The fact that this trial does not have you acknowledge the conditions before proceeding and uses negative billing is definitely a buyer beware situation. The 888-447-6613 customer service number posted is no longer in service but did find 1-888-960-3123 eventually and called to cancel my 'enrolment' in their monthly product club. The fact that you could hear a whole call centre in the background, dealing with the same situation; irate and frantic people trying to recover their money was depressing. They continually mute to disrupt you hearing all of the other call centre people dealing with similar issues and complaints but you still hear enough to know you are one of hundreds. I managed to obtain a cancellation #4420 and the person I spoke to said his name was Charles, which I doubt. I was told I would get a cancellation email within 24 hours. I highly doubt that I will and am going to proceed with cancelling my card in the event they attempt to continue my involuntary enrolment. Lesson learned.

Update: after calling 1-888-960-3123 and detailing my conversation above and while I highly doubted I would get cancellation notices or acknowledgements as referenced in previous post I just received in my inbox cancellation confirmations. Highly advise those disputing the charges to realize you may not be able to recoup monies lost but by calling you may be able to stop future charges to your card.

Contact OPP and report this FRAUD
Scammed like all the above...embarrassed, angry and too trusting. I have reported this to the OPP/Police. Suggest all to do the same. Nothing can be legally done to stop these con artists until we all stand up for our legal right to be protected from these sharks.

Hi!
By 2014 may 23, I ordered antiwrinkling cream for Derma Juvenate at the price of 4.99$ ( canadian dollars) postage free.
They charged 99$ ( canadian dollars ) on my credit card. I called them to get my money back, but there was so much noise in the background when we were speaking that I could not understand what the guy was saying.

This is a huge SCAM, I ordered the trial as well and it came my house with NO shipping document or as a more reputable company usually sends some kind of information relating to it being returned within 18 days or pay full price. I. Received the products in May and was charged appropriately $11. Today June 17, I received my credit card bill and have been charged another $200 ( 99 for each product. Furious I called the number on the box thinking they were sending me more products I did not want and was informed the charge is for the products that I had received in May. I became very irate and gave them several choice words and cursed the summers out. I cannot even get the Visa company to help remove the charges. DO NOT BE A FOOL as I was and order from them please!!!!!

Got lucky
We also got scammed by purchasing this trial product. However I persisted in getting total credit refund and I was successful in doing so. First they told me that they would credit back 30% but I would not accept that. Then they said 50%.then 75%. However I said this was not acceptable and I would not accept anything but 100% which totaled $89.31.So persistance does pay off.

How do these people live with themselves? No information about charging us two weeks later. And the product we did get was not a trial, it was full size, and boy did we pay for it up the nose. Gotta love the fact that the product was sent with nil information about returning it, no address, no nothing. Just a surprise charge two weeks later for the "trial offer". Takes on kinds!!

I saw an advertisement for a free trial I was suppose to pay 4.99 cents for shipping and handling. I didn't receive the free sample but I sure did receive 100.00 bill debited out of my account. I didn't want anything more or less than the sample to try, I think there must be some way to get my money back for the haven't seen yet product and how to prevent from taking any more

Doesn't make me feel good seeing so many of us got SCAMed.
I went onto a GOOGLE CHROME Survey, and got the only FREE GIFT still available, DERMA JUVENATE ...
I am going to contact GOOGLE, this just CANNOT go on.
I hope all of us contact the Media that led you to the DERMA JUVENATE Free TRIAL GIFT,
launch a complaint.
They cannot keep doing this, and avoid punishment!

Derma Juvenate Ripoff
I accepted a free sample (paid for shipping and handling) and then was subjected to monthly billings that were not authorized.
I returned the forwarded products and contacted my Master Card to cancel future billings. Master Card did not stop billing me and I received two more charges (which Master Card did nothing about even though the products were not shipped to me or my address) and I am still fighting to stop the billings.
Master Card advised me that even if I cancelled my card they would still process these charges to me. I am at a complete loss as to the financial process that they are utilizing to continue to charge my account when I have contacted them and advised them of the issue.
Beware of Derma Juvenate and Master Card.

TOTAL SCAM EVEN AFTER CANCEL!
I signed up for the risk free sample as well... 2 months in a row now they have removed money from my account and a separate debit for shipping!!!!!!
I managed to find a cancellation link.. and canceled it ans said I would be removed from their ordering list. I went back to their site today and went threw so many pages and see they have removed that option... only thing I can think of doing now, is canceling my card and ordering a new one, so the one they are using is no longer valid and also contacting my bank and have a stop on any of their orders... comeplete BS.

They send you a trial for $5 and then they start charge your card for $113 each month, you call to cancel and they tell you it is been cancelled, then you are charged again next month, they find all excuses to keep your money and not refund. This is a fraud company, they just steel your money, they don't make money from the product, they make it by charging people huge amount and keep doing it for new customer, I will report them to the police and will take them to court. The product doesn't work either, I had bad reaction on my face and luckily stopped using it immediately.
Stay a way, it is fraud.

Beware of this people. They are nothing but scam. They take money from your account/visa without authorization. I paid for the free trial only to be charged 2 weeks latter $89.91. I called them and the guy was rude and claimed not to hear me again because of bad signal. Never has anything to do with them.

Too Late, Been Scammed
I went through the same thing as with all the above, except I had no funds in the bank and now have overdraft charges to deal with the bank the debit was charged to. The bank was not sympathetic to their customer, me. A party to a scam on top another scam . Surprised to find a complaint website on the same product. I was searching for their claims to support my dispute. Little did I know I wasn't imaging what I feel they did. For what it's worth, I'm taking legal action by myself. I sent a Notice and Demand, next comes a small claims lawsuit, again, for what it's worth, because it is to me, making it public is worth it. They need a consequence experience to remember. After all it is a shared experience. You all have my sympathy and I will keep this website posted on how I do with my claim. Mean while notify the Investigation Department of the Florida Attorney General of this company's business practice. It is, also, possible the person you speak to on the phone is not in Florida, but in another country. Do due diligence as best you can. I'm retired, I have the time.

This is a SCAM. Free trial sample....pay only shipping & handling..complete rip off. Do not give your credit card number for anything advertised as free. They will charge you for whatever they think they can get away with. Learned my lesson.

Borderline illegal
I have also ordered the free trial and was charged an amount of 93,78$ C dollars. I called immediately and talked with a representative . I asked if it is legal to charge for something I did not order. She explained to me that it was "clearly" indicated on the website that if I don't cancel the order by calling 20 days after ordering this product that an amount of 83$ Would be charged to my credit card. I went back to the website and found what she explained in the fine fine print at the end after ordering the product after (of course) giving all the info on your credit card! A real scam.... A hate those guys at derma juvenate....too bad because the product is good buy their way of doing business stinks! I will NEVER buy theu product again !

Bait and Switch. Bait is the "sample" the switch is when they get your card number for the sample postage they start charging you for auto shipment and auto charges without authorization. I filed a consumer complaint with the FTC (you can do this online) and another complaint with Better Business Bureau of Florida. Also, done online. Hopefully, if there are enough complaints this company will be fined or better yet - put out of business.

Reading some of complaints on this page I wish I never ever ordered anything from this company, I've been charged 4 months in a row for a product I no longer wanted!!!
Try to get your money back good luck, the customer service treats you with no respect what so ever and even makes you feel like your lucky to speak to them.
I really don't know what to do next, they won't let me speak to a manager or supervisor letting me know there is no need for this..

I thought I was ordering a free sample of the product as long as I paid the shipping charges. Well guess I was wrong... they scam you by adding you to their monthly reordering list and you do not know this until you get your credit card the next month and you have two charges the shipping and then the charge for the supposedly "free" sample. This is a scam. This company is being deceitful and not honest in their business practices. When I called them to ask about the larger charge they politely tell me that I agreed to their terms and that I have to pay them. When I told them that they were what people call Scam artists he tells me they are not and that I am responsible for not reading their rules. I let them know that I would be doing all that I could to give them negative reviews for their business practice and putting the word out that they are a scam company he offered to give me 50% off of the charge. I told him to do whatever he wanted as I would be hanging up to warn people not to fall for their trap of a free trial with only a shipping charge... and to have a nice day. I will never do another sample again... thanks dermaskin for scamming and misleading people. Shame on you...
