This anonymous Complaint is again FALSE, incomplete and a Misrepresentation of the Facts.No one Gives us MONEY.We get Paid for Contractually Agreed to Work. And when Customers get upset, and threatening, and become so vengeful and filled with malice, they cut off their nose to spite their face. DFW Viking Pools, Scott Hanson, Tamela Hanson never take money and run. It is a ridiculous assertion.But we also refuse to be rail road-ed, leveraged and dictated to by individuals that sign an agreement to work together, not at odds with 1 another.But People Demand Things, Don't care if its a violation of their agreed Terms and Conditions, and will stop cooperation, just to harm our standing and company, rather than adhere to an agreement, and accept a feeling that they have been somehow "beaten" by the contractor. This is a observation, an opinion, a guess in understanding why people do what they do.I know, we, at DFW Viking Pools make agreements with a absolute commitments to completing that contract.We have been victims to major fraud from Home Owners, 1 we reported on in the rip off report, a Mr. Terrance Wilkerson from Duncan-ville/Desoto who worked with Morgan Stanley and now Meryl Lynch. This man agreed to pay for a pool/spa on completion, even upgraded the pool during construction, with the promise to pay at funding of the Mortgage and title, but instead, lied about the closing date, over and over again for 6 weeks, then claimed his extras on his Golf Course Estate used all the money up, and he could not pay as agreed. He and his Builder John Higginbotham somehow hid the pools existence from the Title Company and Mortgage company, when asked they both denied a pool was on the property. And since the thing had been closed weeks earlier, they both said call our lawyers, we cannot speak about it. And this Deadbeat, whose son was a SMU student and quarterback, has promised to pay for the pool for 10 years, never paying a dime. $31,500.00The FBI did nothing, a crime committed in a mortgage agreement, very Federal. The Dallas DA, said, we cant do anything, it was a contract agreement not honored, you need to sue him, and if you win, we will look into it. That's Fair, if it were not our second year of building pools, and for all practical purposes, Bankrupted us. The unintended consequences to my business, family, children, is to unbelievable to speak about, but only a just supreme being could ever force the Just recompense out of the soul and existence of Terry Wilkerson, AT least I can say I put 1 young man through college, SMU even, problem is, it was Terry Wilkerson, not my sons or daughters. I let it go, and depend on the "you will reap, what you sow" or the Karma, "you get what you give out" and I go on, running our business, operating under a shield of live and learn. As Bush so miserably failed to explain,"Wrong me once! Shame on YOU! Wrong me Twice! Shame on ME!"And to end, like all the others who scream foul, YOU GAVE US NOTHING, You paid for WORK performed. And we steal Nothing, we get Paid for what we do!
