Scammer !!!!
PUTANGINANG DIGITEL TO. PINEPERAHAN LANG TAYO EH. KALA KO BA NABILI NA NG PLDT YUNG MAJORITY NG STOCKS NG DIGITEL. THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. MGA PUTANGINANG MANGINGIKIL. SIGURO HABANG BINABASA NILA TO NGUMINGISI SILA. PUTA. SOMEDAY DIGITEL WILL HAVE NO MORE CUSTOMERS. TANGINA. IM GONNA FUCKING REQUEST DISCONNECTION! IM SWITCHING TO ??? IDK. could anyone suggest a good ISP?

I am subscribe to digitel plan 1Mbps with landline (plan 1199) i have no complaint regarding my internet connection. I am using the 1Mbps to download (with speed of 90-140kbps) and stream media on youtube and facebook as well. For some reasons i think our concerned has been address and MIGHT be, your problem is ONLY concentrated on area's where there are too many DSL subscribers using it in the same time.
Some of my complaints in digitel include :
*double sending a bill (reprinted bill)
*over charging
other than that, i have no problems with them. cal 1200 for fast transaction and... dude... YELL at them... so they will start moving their asses. As for me, I am a satisfied customer...

no telephone dial tone ang dsl
Good Morning...
August 18,2013 pa nawalan ng dsl at dial tone connection hangang sa ngaun dahil sa habagat. Pano kaya maaayos ito at maibalik yung mayos na serbisyo. Baka mapasama pa sa bill namin yung panahon na wala itong service. Thanks and God Bless
