no refund
Hi,
I'm also a victim of direct booking website.I booked via this site on 26th of April,but then I realized they are charging very high.Then I decided to rebook myself via DSA.I emailed direct booking to cancel and refund my money,but they didn't repond at all.I tried three times,but no response yet.Now today when I saw my bank statement,it has been debited already.Do advise me please what should I do?Thanks.
