Dead plants
I purchased some plants from them. The ones I saw on their website were great. But when I received them – they were half dead. I complained to the customer support, and they told me they could replace them, but a bit later. I waited a few weeks, and after they tell me that they do not make replacements!!
What a scam! Do not buy from them!

beware!
Complicated company to deal with. I have made a few orders through them, and none of those were ever shipped. I received a tracking number which never showed any information. Now I can’t reach them for any info

Disappointment
I placed an order on May 1, 2015 for vinca/illumnation plants at a cost of $48.96. The order was confirmed a few days later with this statement: "Please allow 1-2 weeks for your oder to be processed." I was charged for the plants on May 6. When the plants failed to arrive, I called to learn the "processing" didn't occur until May 18th, more than 2 weeks after I placed the order. On June 1, ONE MONTH after I placed the order, I learned the plants had yet to be shipped! Never was I given an explanation for this delay or apologies for the way I have been treated.
