placed order for multiple gold / silver coins and paid in full. Promised delivery in 2 - 8wks but "usually only 2 - 4". Almost 11 wks later still no delivery. worse yet they admit they don't have the products AND still refuse to refund my money. how BBB has them rated A- I can't imagine

I ordered 500 silver eagles on Oct.29,2013 from Discount Gold Brokers with a delivery date of 2 to 4 weeks it icall s now Jan.12,2014 and no silver. I call Mike Berman every day requesting a shipping date or refund. I was flatly refused and kind of refund and he could not give a shipping date. It appears to me Mike Berman is a real piece of work and not new at taking peoples money and giving nothing in return. It also appears he is targeting older people, guess they are easier to lie to. Its time this guy and his company is taken down, he is good at cheating people and knows exactly what he can say and what he can't, but no one is above the law and he WILL make a mistake. If you have been got by this Company you might want to file a complaint with the DA of LA County the more complaints they get the better chance we all will have.
