My sister ordered a scooter on August 8, 2019. They told her it would be shipped within 5 business days. She didn't get it until September 23, 2019. My sister is disabled and the company told her they don't do white glove service which she was ok with because my husband and I could help her assemble it. She called them several times to see where her scooter was and was told to contact the shipping company. When she called the shipping company they said they didn't have it. Mind you Disover My Mobilty had her $1,700. At one point the manager said he would look into it and call her back, which he did not. My sister lives downtown on the 11th floor. When the shipping company finally delivered it they told my sister they would not take it up to her apartment but would just drop it off on a pallet in the front of the building. My husband and I had to get time off work to go and load the pieces up and take them up to her apartment and put the scooter together. The company doesn't seem to understand that their customer base is disabled people.
