Worst customer service ever!
Dish network has the worst customer service ever! I called into to ask why I was being charged $70/mth for limited available service. The first associate hardly spoke English and just kept offering to refund a monthly bill to get me to shut up, the second associate just transferred me to someone else. The third associate offered to sell me a new package that did not have the channels I wanted and still had limited service then he finally transferred me to a supervisor. I told the supervisor about my issues and after being on the phone for over an hour with them I said I just wanted the refund that the first associate offered me. The supervisor said she would not refund my account. When I asked why she stated that my account didn't warrant a refund. I told her that she could listen to the recorded phone call and verify that the associate had told me I could receive a refund. I then asked if dish network lies to all their customers and she only offered to talk to the associate. I told her that talking to the associate was doing nothing for me as the customer. I told her that this was a terrible customer experience and told her that my entire family has dish services and how she valued me as a paying customer. She told me I could cancel my service if I wanted to!!!!! Are you kidding me?! After this experience my entire family and I will be cancelling our dish services!
