Feeling lied

I would think that a cable company would cut off the service before it hit $2000.00. This makes no sense to me at all.

poor service

This company is dishonest against their customers! I used their services and I didn't like them because of many problems like bad signal etc. after I did the cancellation I returned all their equipment but now they keep contacting me and saying that I owed them money and equipment which I already returned!
