They cheated people!
its means line of cheaters are sitting there what they eat in their meal, money or dal rice, if they are cheating common man.

They cheated people!
They should rename themselves to chor company. Did similarly with me, I had booked a bungalow through them. They were very professional in the beginning. But as soon as they got all the money, they changed their tune. I would be very busy at work and had no one else to follow up with them. I would be in touch with them on the phone and would always get an assurance that the property is ready for me to move in, one fine day I go to the property and am shocked to see only my bungalow in incomplete condition (no electric lines laid out, plumbing incomplete, flooring was not done for the living room, exterior painting was not complete). All the other bungalows surrounding it were complete (due to the fact that there was someone or the other would have physically come to look at them on a regular basis). These guys are cheats of the highest order. Just because I was no physically coming over, they decided to use my money for some other projects. After a lot of fights with them to no avail, they somehow patched up whatever was remaining work and gave it to me in a condition which I would not think fit for a dog to even live in. I finally gave up and had to specifically get my own contractor to complete the work by paying extra money out of my pocket. CHEATS, LIARS, I pray to God everyday that cheats like these should never prosper, they had obviously cheated a lot of other folks.

Wereabouts of Anand Uttam Kadam
Can any body give the wereabouts of Shri Anand Uttam Kadam, Proprietor Builder of Parimiti Developers who is a cheater and been absoconding since last 3 years . The Consumer court has given the judgement for completing the bunglow of A-45 , at Titwala, Guravali. Also if not completing he has to pay an amount of Rs 7,00,000/- with 18% interest from January 2007 till date.

Sub: Complaint against Mr. Anand Uttamrao Kadam & Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam having Office at – F-37, 1st Floor, Haware Fantasia Business park, Nano Wing, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400 703 - Mob: 9773443344 / 8108072051
I wish to submit to you a very serious problem that I am facing day by day from Mr. Anand Uttamrao Kadam & Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam Mob: 9773443344 M/s. Realliance Constructions.
A Studio No. 12, Building No. 4, Ground Floor, B – Phase, Mohili Meadows, Karjat is purchased by me from Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam – Proprietor M/s. Realliance Constructions.
The Agreement for Sale dated 27.05.2014 is registered with the office of Sub- Registrar of Assurances at Karjat under document Serial No. 2727/2014. I have paid the entire consideration amount to M/s. Realliance Constructions.
After the execution of the Agreement, Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam told me that shall handover peaceful possession of the said Studio at the most till 31st May 2015.
Accordingly, I extended my Co-operation to them and allowed them to occupy the premises, technically when I am the owner of the said Studio. I accepted their offer of getting some amount as promised by them for causing delay in getting the possession.
Accordingly, I started follow-up in the matter in since June 2015 and when Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam insisted for additional time period of three months.
Since then, I many times communicated / talked with Mr. Anand Uttamrao Kadam & Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam for handing over the possession to me and for payment of amount as promised by them but now they both are threatening me that they are connected with Underworld & would kill me if I again ask for possession & also would put me in trouble by lodging wrong complaints to Police.
Sir, Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam is taking undue advantage of the fact that she is a lady.
I thus now have fully and finally understood that I have been cheated and a fraud has been played upon me.
In the circumstances, I am fully aware that I have to file civil suit against Mrs. Kavita Anand Kadam – Proprietor M/s. Realliance Constructions for obtaining of the possession of the flat
The cognizance of the aforesaid offences and your enquiry in the matter will surely restrain her from doing such other acts and further restraining of cheating and criminal incidences with other members of the society.
Sir, I would also like to inform you that there are a lot of complaints pending in the consumer courts against them which can be verified online.
I respect the law and judiciary of our nation and hence this is a personal request and Appeal from me to help me and allow me to file FIR, and request you to investigate in the matter and help judiciary in punishing them.
For your reference and record, I am furnishing you all the documents as mentioned by me in this letter.
I shall be ever obliged for the kindness.

RCL Homes Fraud
I also booked Duplex through RCL Homes in their project MOHILI MEADOWS, KARJAT, after getting full payment they are not picking phone.Anand Uttam Kadam , Minal Ramji Umrania , Vaishali Vasudeo Savalkar are so called directors of many fraud companies. They told us possession in three months but no construction is going one on the site, only pillers are structured and work stopped from many Years, it is just to fool peple and looks they will never complete this project.
