Rude manger

Numerous times now I have gone into dollarama and have witnessed the manager being rude and snappy towards the employees. She is nice towards the customers which is great but no matter that she should also be kind towards the people working hard. Employees use to seem a lot happier, now they all seem down and miserable. I've seen employees look like they are about to cry after being approached by the manager. I've seen her walk away from employees and roll her eyes. The look in the employees eyes when that happens is honestly really heart breaking. These people are choosing to work for Dollarama and they are being treated with such disrespect. Please explain to your mangers that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, no matter if your having a bad day, in a bad mood or whatever the reason.
