unprofessional fraudulent company
I made a purchase couple of moth ago and after my card was charged they send me an invoice. Well I never received items I purchased so I contacted them. Their representative was very unprofessional and when he couldn't answer on my question he became rude. Finally I spoke with many people from this company, but my problem wasn't solved. They do not honor their own invoice and I guess that I will never receive anything from them.
Buyer, beware and keep you money in your pockets!

NOT TRUE
I am the owner of Dollyhair.com, and my name is Tina. I cannot believe the lengths that these fraudulent websites will go to just to extort money out of trustworthy business owners!
Here's how they operate: they file a false claim on the internet, just as you see on this page. Then, I, the business owner, see the the claim, and I'm alarmed. Of course, I want this information off the internet. So, I post a statement here so that I can defend myself, and after they see my rebuttal, they contact me and say, "we're a reputation management company - we can get all of that negative stuff off the internet for you, if you pay us a fee." Well, of course they can remove the complaints - they OWN the websites where the complaints have been posted!!!!
PLEASE don't be fooled by these scumbag extortionists. Dollyhair.com has MANY regular customers who will vouch for the fact that my customer service is great. I go above and beyond, and I treat my customers the way that I would want to be treated. The "customer" who filed this complaint states that we sent an invoice to him. We NEVER send invoices! He claims that the customer service rep with whom he corresponded was a male, because he writes, "when he couldn't answer my question, he became rude." First of all, ALL of my employees are FEMALE. Second, 99% of the time, I am the ONLY person who actually corresponds with customers, and I am FEMALE. I sign all of my emails with my name (Tina), and I cannot imagine that anyone would think that someone with the name "Tina" could be male. One of my assistants, Lauren, also corresponds with customers on rare occasion. She is, of course, FEMALE, as well.
The "customer" cliams that he "spoke" to many people from my company, but this is impossible - we don't offer phone support! A few customers who have also become my friends over the years DO have my personal phone number, but none of these people would ever file a complaint such as the one that you see on this page.
Bottom line: please don't believe everything that you read, and please know that these scumbag "reputation management" companies exist. They are maligning my business, as well as many other businesses. You can place your order on Dollyhair.com with the utmost faith that your order will be processed and shipped to you (barring any inadvertent errors on our part), and you can KNOW that if you email me, I will treat you with the utmost level of respect.
It is SO SAD that I even have to address this complaint.

Tina Amantula, for shame. Why would you post on white power messages boards so u could move into a white neighborhood and not do business with non-whites? Your contact info was ALL over that posting from a decade ago. Or was that your assistants fault? Or Benai's. Or International Wig?? Or your first husbands fault? Maybe your second husbands fault?? Might there be a Lucky #3 yet?? It's like, you seem to say you don't prefer minorities, and then all of a sudden, certain people aren't receiving their invoices. Hmmmm. And, I find you AWFULLY hostile and demeaning.
