DO not work for him
After finishing some orders I was suppose to receive payment. He paid me only a small portion, and did not want to give the rest of the money. I filed a dispute with him. The payment should be received in 30 days after the dispute is open. However, I still did not get the money, and I am very upset.
I do not recommend anyone to work for a man like that.

Terrible experience
My husband had the same experience! His payments always came up short. Some jobs were never paid out. All in all I'd say he owes my husband at least $500 and that's probably understated.

Never Pays In Full
As the above I worked for Agnew for about 3 years. The work I did was done on time, never did he complain about my work being late. On large jobs, jobs that were bid after the fact, and even jobs where we agreed to the amount i was to be paid, those jobs were never paid in full. He has you sign a contract that is very stringent on what you are bound to. But very little that binds him. I believe this contract is either invalid or voidable because it offers no protection to the signor. You will put in bids and if he is in your area, he will keep the largest bid amounts for himself, do the work, and leave you with the small stuff. You will get work, but not enough to run your preservation company. As far as being transparent, he is not. He will increase your bids to increase his profits, but will not let you in on those profits, even when your doing the small amounts and trying to provide all the equipment necessary to do the jobs. Now he is going to rebuke these claims Im making, but they are the truth. Yeah, I am upset and disgruntled, but thats what happens when people work hard to make his company look good and then get treated like this
