Hi there I'm a doubledown player, since the new tI'meline come on to facebook ive been having problems, first of all i am really dissatified with the way doubledown casino is, i had an account, i logged of my page an signed backed in later 2 see that all my chips were gone the whole $89, 00000, i dont know were it went 2, but i never ever got it back, i than decided to make me another page, so i could play doubledown casino again, an than find i cant even get a spin on the cheapest game, because itz taken all my chips, i have alot of friends that use to like playing doubledown but they are so annoyed on how it is, an how they have been cheated by it that they reccommend to others that play dont buy chips, u just cant trust it...DOUBLEDOWN IS A RIP OFF.

this company has to be investigated!
You buy chips for quite a high price and then you are supposed to get high paybacks. That's just a lie! They get hundreds of dollars and nobody wins, this company has to be investigated!

Spend thousands on that internet scam. When I won a million, I was just blocked and of course I received nothing from them. Beware and better stay away, pure scam!

DoubleDown Casino is a fraud
Beware of this fraudulent website! I actually maker recordings about all the on-line games I play and these guys are the worst. The return rate is about 14% per 24 hours. They said it goes down if you deposit cash but .. there are a lot of other apps out there which are free of charge!

I hit a 25 million dollar jackpot on Davinci' Diamonds bonus round and I received nothing after the round added to my totals.

i was playing in tournament at around 4;00pm today june 4th the game was pampalona my score was125,335,000 at the time so i hit a bonus and chose 15 free spins with amultiplier of 10 times. i made 4 spins and my bonus winnings were at 86,850,000 at that point and then it wouldnt stop spinning. i believe i would have had a real good chance of placing well but didnt get the chance so i am looking for some sort of response to this as soon as possible please

cannot buy chips
Have tried to contact company numerous times with no success. Everytime my wife and I try to buy chips the page just stops loading on our Kindles. Have no idea what to do or who to contact. Company is of no help. Very frustrating!!!

Double Down Casino is a game site that was brought by a group called IGT they are nothing more than scam artist and yes they happen to be a large company with ties outside America however please warn all your friends to stay clear of this scamming group they started out in California then moved to Seattle then to Reno now they are based in Rhode Island also there is 26 filed complaints concerning this scamming group I am working with Federal people to shut this scamming game site down however as most things it takes time already I've called the Reno Nevada Gaming People that turn to be a waste of time so I'm now moving forward in dealing with FBI people and based on there being 26 written complaints and from people other than just me, well I don't think they are going to not shut this site down meanwhile please do not give these people at IGT or game site Double Down Casino any of your credit card info cause when you do that these scamming artist take way more money from your card than you even okay so again please be aware should you wish to speak with me direct call Wade Weaver (336) 300-6914 Thank You.

Game Over
My hubby plays double down casino as well. He is retired and can play this thing all day if the game worked half of the time. Most times it skips him when he has the winning hand or it will just sit him out without him even pushing anything. There are times like right now that it runs super slow that it just freezes or just doesn't work. I have had to have my computer looked at numerous of times only because he says something is wrong with it. I tell him that its the game and he will not listen to me. We never pay for chips and I feel for all of you that have. Hope you can all find success in both your situations and the game. So on that note it is GAME OVER!
