this sucks
I can not believe that it took me all day to load the game , now I can I cant get on the pokies it keeps coming up that I have lost connection. What is going on its not like you don't earn enough money for full time techs get your act togher duc, I am not a happy camper

Cheaters you out of money on purchase
Purchased a package and didn't get coins a 38.99 + tax and they took 82 dollars out of my account I would really like to get a class action lawsuit against the doubleu casino and Google play for backing them in app purchases

Been playing online games for years and without a doubt this app is one of the worst I have endured . Not only do they lie and steal your money they deliberately have get outclauses in their t&c so they don't have to payout. I had a major big win hundreds of millions when the game wouldn't stop spinning and eventually timed its selff out shutting down the game . I was unable to make a screen shot and as such I wasn't able to prove what I had the win . I requested that they check there error register and advise of which they offered 20 million coins ".............. ahh hello the grand was paying 800 million , where's the other 780.
I got through to their customer service manager who sent a pleasant email , however has delivered nothing.
In an endevour to,stop,these types of sites I have written to serveral state and federal,MP' s requesting they investigate and have them removed off the Apple site , as not only do they steal they don't pay taxes in your countries.
Last but not least they also encourage young people to participate as they don't offer financial rewards thus advertising their game is for ages 12 +.
Really this is how these lowlifes opperate seducing children.
Shame on them and may the the Karma train catch up,with them soon. Also,any game by Product Madness ( arisitcrat) is the same

Better off in a real casino....cheaper
I spend more money on Double u Casino than in a real casino! In a real casino at least I have a chance of winning real money. You just cannot win at double u. This is supposed to be for entertainment, not to rob me! I will never go on this site again. Ridiculous that this is allowed on the internet. This game should be shut down. The odds of winning here are way worse than other online slot games.

I have been playing your game for over 10 years I have spent a lot of money and now you have changed the game. It is so stupid if you don't change the game back to normal I will not play again.I cant even get on to a game. Why did you change something that was perfectly fine, I hope that other people complain so you will fix the problem.

These people will scam you once you buy they take your money, you will never win anything....the best they do is free spins that produce nothing...maybe 2 letters that match times 2 and that’s the best. They will promise win win win and you will LOSE LOSE LOSE. Spent thousands of dollars and it was the same frustrating thing over and over. They are a scam! Their not from this country and they are making millions fooling all of you....everything is fake, the fake jackpot winners is part of their program...nobody wins anything....delete immediately....
