Total and utter thieves

I've played Doubleu casino for years and lately started purchasing larger coin packs, to earn premium bonus days. I was up to 118 bonus days and then purchased another pack of coins, because I'd run out. Instead of the one purchase going through, it processed it twice, so I contacted Facebook who were good enough to cancell them. Even the coin among I ordered was supposed to be 92 million coins, but as image shows, I only received 79 million coins.
I also contacted DUC who then informed me I was wrong for cancelling the coin purchasers and then informed me all the bonus features I'd purchased had been removed for cancelling purchases. I have contacted them lots of times and feel their support staff are either total idiots or they are all scam artists, ready to steal your money.

I'm disabled, so this was a great game to keep me busy during the day, but will never purchase another coin fro them, unless all my bonuses are restored, all coins lost due to their stupid staff and of course an apology with compensation. I guess this will be impossible, so I will just keep letting more and more people know what this company think about players.

Stay away from this game at all costs and DoubleDown, which they purchased for $825 of players money.
