Poor service
Please!!! Dragonplay needs to be investigated for fraud!! Their holdem and slot game are rigged to entice players to buy coins, gold... whatever. A player will always lose. Hands in holdem force closed... this developer is a monster!

The game is obviously rigged. Go to a table with a mix of new players, old players, and you shall see. One donkey beat after another. Four of a kind beats full house, flush beats another flush, etc etc. A lot of strange things happening that you don't see very often in real life. It's been commonly speculated that the algorithm is set up so a new player can win easily despite skill, but will later lose very fast so they would be tempted to buy chips. Of course, all this is hard to prove. Would love to see a class action against this company for fraud.

Poor service
I purchased 3 orders from Dragonplay. 1st for 6.00, received my gold. Second for 60.00 did not get my gold, email said order was cancelled. Tried again for 6.00, did not receive my gold, email said order was cancelled. HOWEVER, they charged my card for all three orders. After several email attempts, all I received was try our support. Last email attempt came back undeliverable. I am taking this to the Attorney General and BBB. Its a shame, I really enjoyed playing.

I have had my account for over a year, it crashed, took all my chips, buddies, and my 5 blue star rating, I have 8 open customer support claims that they have not responded to, no way to reach them, the support buttons on the webpage dont even work, I sent an email to the big cheese Sharon Tal, [email protected], I will also leave poor ratings every where I go.

Poor service
I refuse to update to the latest update. There is no reason this game needs to be able to turn on my wifi and reconfigure my wifi wireless hotspots to work. Connecting my wifi to the wrong wireless network for whatever reason they have planned is a MAJOR security risk. As an IT Tech myself I find it hard to believe that anyone programmer or IT would even think about implementing something like this.
Every update they want more unneeded control over your phone and this most recent one is more than I am willing to allow them to do. Un-installing.

Rigged game!
If they call this poker then it is false advertising when the algorithm instead of using a "random generator" to mimic "real poker chance draws" implements a money making scam. I am sure if they were honest the business model would still pay off but instead they choose to be crooks. The player community should push for transparency with this company and any other which cheats people. Lets get together and beat them legally... [email protected]

Dragonplay Live Scam Holdem
Dragonplay is a fraud... they make u win a lot then lose all.
I had 2.4 billion chips and in just one day lost all my chips. Not playing only at high rollers tables. Even at small tables to see if this game is a SCAM. And yes it is.
How can someone lose every hand?
When i only had 500millions left I called every single hand and couldnt win one fkn hand until i had no more chips.
This kind of things should not happen. Because there are people that buys chips and Dragonplay is stealing from them.
The same thing happened to a friend who was at my buddy list that had more than 3billion chips and in just one day like me... Lost every fkn chips.

Before I knew of "mandatory" download of Slot City application to access my video poker, I had bought 1.5 million in gold. After doing all what I needed to do to "get" my game, it did not show this gold. When going into "old system", the gold was still there, but no directions on how to get them transferred. I like this game alot, and it is depressing that I can't seem to get my gold transferred. PLEASE, PLEASE DRAGONPLAY, give me back my gold. 1,541,460.00......

cannot sign in!!!
Have not got a facebook account, why the hell do you say sign up through email, then when you try it says " we'll send you email in next few minutes" well i still havent recieved the f☆☆king email!! Tried about 7 times and i get same responce then no email
Sort it out as its a f☆☆king joke!!!!

Can't log in
I have two more accounts, and one of my accounts couldn't log in, so I requested 15 more times, and received new passwords same time, but still I can't login.
There is no live support from DP and I sent [email protected] several times and [email protected]. But no reply for 3 days.
I think nobody work during weekend.
And I couldn't find this account on friend list of my another account.
I don't know why it didn't show in friend list.

Being Charged And Didnt Recieve
I have purchased coins several times using paypal, and havent recieved my coins but i have still been charged, something needs to be done. i rang payal and they told me that the funds were forwarded to dragon play. I have used my Paypal for several things and this is the first time a particular site has done this. i would like my credits that i have paid for and extra for the time and effort i have had to do posting this.

Hacked Account
Bull- Shi* The worse experience in gaming history. My account was hacked and resulted in my total loss of 17 million in dragon gold. Of course, they gave me the run around forever. I had been in contact with tech support for over three weeks. I used to play this game all of the time and now all of my effort has gone to some technological genius thief that took all of my own winnings. You would think by me being such a long time member, tech support would have had more support for me. Instead they said it was nothing wrong with their system so they were not going to compensate me at all. I am now down to 500 thousand when it took me years to get to where I was. Does anyone have any other advise, I am ready to contact my attorney. I have never had this happen before, my passwords do not work anymore and I cannot access my account with the old password. Can you believe they told me that there was nothing in there system that shows that I had 17 million in gold?

First in line when the class actions starts!
I bought one gold package and I got the gold credit no problem, then things went down hill from there. I ordered another gold package and as soon as finished entering my acct I.D. I was given an error so I tried again thinking it did not go through because no gold was credited, boom same error! so I tried one more time and no luck. So I gave up, then not two minutes later I recieve the first of three charges on my acct. but no gold.
I was able to get ahold of a customer service rep. And he asked me for my trams. I.D. With receipt so he could verify and credit my account. But that would be to easy! Of coarse it would be. Once I supplied him with everything he needed to do his job. Boom no contact, tried several more times and still nothing. Wow!
Like I said when the class action starts please get ahold of me, also apple should be named in the lawsuit along with any other system that allows this type of crime with there customers.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DELETE THE DRAGON PLAY APP

Class Action Suit? I'M IN - these "so called" customer service reps are the worst.
I opened an Issue with Support. Strange thing happened, once I opened the issue, my password suddenly didn't work... finally, after several days, and several emails, I got access to my account again. Hmmm.
First, they had a "scripted" response to my inquiry about why I didn't receive my tournament winnings. They wanted exact dates, (okay, I can understand this) times, amounts, error message? everything that was happening at the time I didn't receive the winnings, etc. etc.. I didn't know I wasn't going to receive my winnings - so I didn't write everything down in those seconds before the tournament ended. I gave them everything I could (now, wouldn't TECH support have access to your game play - just sayin'). I pushed again.. Then they had another "scripted" reason I didn't receive my winnings - that there was nothing wrong with their system, so they weren't responsible. After I refused to accept their lame ass crap, They provided me with FABRICATED data that showed I was credited my winnings...a coin total NOT mine and a winning credit NOT mine. It was obviously someone else's account or simply bogus. THEN they "closed" my issue. I opened another one...to which they will not respond. I call BULLSH%^T on the lot of them.
They must have a lot of issues, because they sure do have a lot of answers!

Totally agree with all the previous comments. I have played this for months but did not buy chips - I opt to win them instead. However, after a period, I am suddenly disconnected and my earned chips are gone. I am reconnected in a new identity at Level 1 with only a few chips. I have to start again. When you email to complain there is no response. Also, notice that when someone goes all-in against another player all-in, the table shows who has won the hand BEFORE the remaining cards are dealt. Also, how often do you see someone go all-in with poor pocket cards against someone with say 2xA and the poor hand comes up with a straight? Too often to be random. Yes, it is all rigged. So, do not buy chips and just play the game putting up with the rigged hands. Some you win; some you lose.
