Hi All,
Can I ask you some simple questions and can we find logic behind such frauds??? ok read the below and then lets conclude. ok?
Yourside :
1) You Dream of a big house you want to buy.
2) You Dream of paying meagre amount and getting best amenities like swimming pool, posh locality house, gardens, wide roads, best materials used for building your home.
3) You dream of buying it for 15 or even 25 Lakhs now and then after some years selling at 300% profit.
4) You want to boast to all you meet about how big and posh is your home
Good, nice way you started. So greed is an important aspect here, agreed??? Good.
Cheaters side :
1) Is any customer, cheaters Mama, chacha or Bhatija??? any die-hard friend??? why should he do justice??? if his intention is not right.
2) Is the cheater Saadhu or Sant, to sit and do charity work for you??? when you yourself in your whole life have never ever given a begger a 500 dollar note, the cheater is same like you, greed is important aspect here.
3) Low budget flats, paperless, approval less...........and all amenities given, heavy discounts, swimming pool..........ha ha....joke? who asked you not to take caution before paying???
4) Is he doing business to ensure you get prosper??? or he should get prosper???
So if you are an idiot then he is right, you ought to be cheated.
Resolution : First and foremost
1) Have time to read different laws related to anything you want to enter into, even buying a flat, car etc. Even buying Bull shit also, know from which bull it came from and how old is the shit.
2) Have good lawyers at your end and follows do's and do-not's from him. Cross examine with details over the net and if required or matter is still unclear, why not meet the related govt authorities and discuss in short.
3) If you cant do above two then Get high level, even political contacts as early as possible to pull out of this mess.
4) Maintain unity among all those who have been cheated and then muster enough guts to meet cheaters and then do what is needed.
If these things cannot be understood, followed and/or digested, then keep crying on internet that you lost money. You fell into the trap because you were greedy, dont justify now.ok???
Idiots get consumed by wisest people..................If you are wise, you will find a idiot and it is loss. If it is vice-versa, then it is your loss.

They called me 10 times to visit their sites.
All are new launch projects.
When I asked the floor plan and documents to show to my lawyer.
They asked me to go to their office for all the documents.
Once I go there they are just talking about down payment 30% or 50% etc.
They have not showed me any document about the site.
Finally they asked to see the apartment which is near by marathahalli.
Once I go there the construction is going on but no one is there to explain me and which flat is free in that apartment.
I asked them at least to send the floor plan by email but they could not.
Finally I realized that it is fraud. Thank god I did not pay any money.
Later I got to know that even my neighbor had given 7 Lakhs and he struggled 3 years to get back his money.
Their main target is non locals especially North Indians.
Even most of the office staff also are from Bihar.

Thanks guys from saving me from falling into their Trap, these guys seem to be fraud after some research .....Shamitabh Offer is launched today but I seriously doubt their credibility .How can you sell a 3 BHK house in Sarjapur for 34 lc 1400sq foot.Man even god will leave heaven and come to live init... theirs quite negative reviews by victims in various sites.... BEWARE

Dream GK and TGS both same Company...Sachin Nayak is Running both Company...They will tell Disha choudhary is md of Dream Gk but she is wife of sachin
Greamz Gk and TGS is a fake company... both company is running by Sachin Nayak. they will tell Disha choudhary is Md of Dreamz infra but actualy she is wife of sachin nayak. sachin nayak is handling all.... they are not even registered land but they will take customer for site visit and they will show them site that is not registered with them.. they are telling possession will be 15 to 18 months but it will atleast take more than 6 years... they are cheating with customers

and they are paying there previous customer 5k per month for give good review... they will give you details of that customers and they will tell you this is a very good company...... don't buy any flat from Dreamz and TGS... other wise you r only going to face problem....

Hi All,
Please do not visit their office or do not entertain them or do not answer their calls. DO NOT GET TRAPPED.
This will be my first word about Dreamz GK. They are totally fraud. 100% cheaters. 200% genuine bull shit.
As always being a normal person (In bangalore cannot offer rented house for a longer period) i thought of buying an apartment in bangalore. And i saw their advertisement on the Sarjapur road near their office. I thought they are really giving an apartment with very low price. And called them to enquire about their project. They said they have offer running now and they are giving it very low price and further information can visit their office. I went and visited their office. You will receive very warm welcome, and their people at the reception target you. (**I visited many big builder Provident, Purvankara, Nandi , SNN raj and Mantri even they will not have such many receptionist and sales peoples.**).
I went to see their project at Silk Board, HSR layout and E-City. None of these lands owned by them. They say all of these lands they will buy and they will build apartment for us. I got to know they are fraud by this. For the confirmation i asked them from how many years they are on the field they said from 2008 (when i enquired it was 2012 by this time any builder should have completed at least one project). not even single project they have completed. And one more point to be noted here on the same day when you visit them they will make you for the payment for advance payment. If ask for some time like one week or two week other wise apartment price will be go up and you will have to pay more compare today's price. BY THIS ANY ONE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE CHEATERS.
I had two hour good discussion but they insisted me to pay right away. I did not pay them and left the place. After i checked review and found out that they are fraud, cheaters, and bull shit.
I want to make aware all people who wants to buy apartment with Dreamz GK. This one is my try.

Dear Friends,
I had been hounded by sales calls of Dreamz GK for the past 2-3 years now, but having checked out their background, I had decided to avoid these daylight robbers.
Recently, I got some advertisements and phone calls (through Magic Bricks) about a builder called Gruh Kalyan offering good deal flats in some best locations of Bangalore. Obviously, like any other Bangalorean, I was interested in pursuing this deal. After submitting my details, in 5 mins I got a call back. During the call, the lady sweetly answered all my questions, but everything was sounding to be too good, which created a doubt in my mind, so I asked her if Gruh Kalyan is related to Dreamz GK in anyway (because they also used to give all too-good-to-believe stuff in all their sales calls). As soon as I asked this question, she abruptly cut the call. When I tried calling back, she did not pick the call. I didn't want to leave it there. So, I tried calling from another number after a few minutes and she picked up the call!!! SO, BEWARE - THEY HAVE EVEN STARTED CHEATING UNDER NEW BRAND NAMES.
My question is, despite this large scale fraud happening in daylight, why nobody has filed a case against them or taken any legal action? Also, websites like Magic Bricks, 99acres, Common Floor, etc., do these companies not verify when somebody advertizes fraud bullshit on their websites. Lastly, as I read from few others above, if they can get negative reviews deleted from websites like Mouthshut, then it only shows how powerful frauds they are.
My fellow Bangaloreans as well as Indians, please don't throw your hard earned money down this drain called Dreamz!!

I booked in dreamz sarovar silk board in 2011.I paid 50%of the flat value.after 3 yrs when they didn't started the construction I cancelled.in dec 2014 .they gave me post dated cheques .when I deposited in the bank all got bounced. Agaim after requesting they gave me 8 cheques of diff dates that also got bounced. Now when I am calling they r threatening me & using bad words. So I have put a complaint fir in the police for my safety.they r very big fraud,gunda & cheater.never book in dreamz.

Hi All,
I had also booked a 950 sqft flat in sholka-2 on MAY N2015. After I heard that there is some issue with that land, (that land is still in legal problem and the construction didnt happen for almost 3 yrs now)
i have asked them to change my flat to another project (sangham). But they refused to change the project. So im thinking to go for cancellation.
Please let me know any of your contact details to discuss more details... thnks

Got cheated by dreams gk
I booked flat in shloka 1 in HSR lay out cost was 28 lakhs with 30/40 feet plot in Kamakura as bonus , I deposited initial amount 30% that is 8 lakhs 40 thousand and got officially recipe , after 6 months found litigation board in the said plot, when I approached the official who assured me every time it is a dispute among land Lords waited 20 months , finally put the cancellation letter in August 2016 and got post dated cheque of 120 days that is 31 December 2016, when. I put the cheque in canara bank viveknager , which was bounced stating current account closed, then in the month of January 2017 sent legal notice through my lawyer, which they received on 21st January, 2017 , by signing the a/d , then on 4th February got a mobile call from Mr Abhishek asking me to come on 13th February to collect the amount , when I went on 13th at 11.30 am Mr Abhishek was not there then Mr Ganesha ask me to come on 25th February 2017 ,on 15th Abhishek and Ganesha both were not there, then assured by sujay to come on 20th or 21 st February definitely, I will get my amount when I went on 21st February a big pad lock was put on the gate , now I have appeal to all concerned member to fight collectively and teach the lesson to such cheater at the same time we should approach to the government of Karnataka to get our hard earned money, hope for the best , u can get in touch with me on my personal number for further details (preeti sarna 8746989848)
