Purchased a prom dress for my daughter on Dressale.com and got ripped off almost $200
I DID get my dress, but two weeks later than when they said and it was way too small around my ribs, made me feel terrible. (Did not gain wieght and had 'custom' sizing done...) No refund, thier website won't even work, no dress for prom.

I just ordered a wedding dress from this company and it was delivered earlier than expected but it is not the right color and there are adornments on it that were not in the picture. I ordered an ivory dress with a black lace overlay and it is grey! It is so not what the picture depicted. And...there are no refund methods available. This is ridiculous no one will call you and try to rectify the situation. I cannot get my money back and this is a complete ripoff!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It is almost same as the picture. I love it so much! It is great for such a price! My neighbor who was a seamstress was impressed about the work on my dress! I am so happy! Paid $150.46 for a dress that is unuseable
I want to recommend Peridress to you. This is my real experience from Peridress.I bought a bridesmaid dress from peridress .They asked me lots of question about size, colour, fabrics, material and told me it would cost about 30 days to make and ship the dress. I get that dress seveal days ago, it is so amazing, It fits me perfectly and the dress size is exactly of mine. Thanks for their detailed explanation of how-to-measure, you should follow steps by steps if an order were placed. I think Peridress is a reliable bridal shop online for your dress selections. I love peridress. And I will do further business with peridress.

This is a very unprofessional company they are a ripoff. I received my order but it was a completely different picture from what I saw on the website dressale. I tried to resolve the matter amicably but they have no customer care. They avoid questions you ask. Now they are suggesting I should just accept the 2 dreeses they will give a $20 discount next time I buy from them yet I paid £227 for poorly made garments. I would be duft to buy from them again. Please take this website off online because it is deceiving

poor quality
The dress I received from them was packed in a mailing bag. It was literally falling apart already upon receipt. The quality was really poor. Avoid this company at all costs

Poorly made dress.
I have received the parcel, and when I opened it, I was shocked. The garment did not look nothing like I thought it would be. The fabric that it is made of is totally cheap. Everything falls apart. Who will wear such a thing?? I wanted to send it back for a refund, but I can’t contact anyone by the given phone number on their website.

no delivery
DO not buy from Dressale.com - this seller is 100% unreliable! I purchased a dress from them and I paid about $400 for it and the delivery, but in two months I haven't receive it. I tried to contact their support service but it seems that it doesn't exist.

never received my dresses
I have paid them extra so that I would receive my order even faster. But I never received any confirmation email from them, nor a call, so my order never arrived! I am very disappointed as I was counting to wear the dresses to a special occasion.

Buyer, beware! Don't buy from this company, it is a pure scam! I purchased a dress from them and I just wasted $230 because my dress never arrived! I tried to contact their support service but all contact details which were provided was fake and I was unable to contact them.

This seller is a pure scam! I purchased a promo dress from Dressale.com and I placed my order about two months ago and I still haven't received my dress. I tried to contact them but it seems that their support service doesn't exist at all. Buyer, beware and better don't buy from this seller!

my shopping experience there
i saw some reviews about dressale.com and now i want to say something about my experience there. i order a dress there several months ago and now i have got the dress. the dress they send me is amazing and i very satisfied with it. as far as i am concerned, their goods and service are quite good. but when you order dress there you have to tell them all your request clearly and there maybe no problem.

Dressale.com is not what people have said
I dont usually do my clothes shopping online but with a demanding job and kids to take care of .I have not had much choice lately. I was a bit worry about the whole experience after my friends shared their horror stories of online shops that deliver the complete opposite of what has been ordered. So i started with just a couple of dresses from dressale.com and I am proud to report that this online shop is nothing like the horror stories. Once my initial purchases were successful, I have been constantly ordering any new clothes that catch my eye and I enjoy shopping there

time and quality
The reason why I am giving this store a five star is because it delivered to my expectations. I was doing my normal selecting which store to buy a dress from then I came across dressale.com. The customer care staff of the company was just great, in addition, they helped me pick a great outfit for my occasion. Lets just say you will get a lot of mixed reviews about a store but until you try it out you can never be sure which side to trust. I know that this site is great.

I was always nervous to shop from any online shopping store. Then my colleagues told me to browse through dressale.com and asked me to check out the variety of dresses. When I checked the dresses available in different categories I was completely stunned. First I was feeling hesitated to shop from this web site. But after going through payment policies and other terms I felt secured. I must tell everyone reading this review that this site has got mind blowing dresses and that too in different ranges.

good shooping experience on dressale
Love this site! It has everything you could possibly need with quality and great price. The suggested delivery time has always been on point. I was able to buy some really nice gifts for friend without breaking my wallet. As for looking for that special dress for special occasion, this is the site. You can always find something really nice that you know everyone else does not have in their closet. I could not do without this site.
