Great SITE
I bought a formal dress for my sister's birthday gift. I worried about it before the order coming, such as the quality, the delivery time, and other things. Thank god! My sister loved it very much. She had a happy night.

sooooo good
I got my dress from this site two days ago and it looks even so much better than I could have imagined! I was also very happy about the customer service, all my worries were looked after in less than 24hrs. Shipping got here after 4 weeks of ordering, so I'm very happy.

so quickly
I received my dress and was excited that it had arrived so quickly.It was packed inside out and because of the awesome tailoring I couldn't tell and was initially disappointed........then I turned it over and WOW I got so many compliments on the dress which was ordered to my size.

NOT A REAL WEBSITE
I orered a dress on her on the 18th March 2012, They didn't waste anytime in taking my money! But i am still waiting for this dress to come! I have been doing a live chat with them and didn't get anyweher, I then e-mail them and i am still waiting for an e-mail, and that been over 2months! I have been trying to find a phone number for them but for some reason they dont have one. So please if any of you are thinking of getting a dress from here don't, cause you will pay for the dress and not have a dress to wear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered a dress for a wedding, I paid extra to get it delivered on time - Today it came but what a shock I was in for
1. Dress way too small - I went by the size chart and ordered size 10 instead of 8?
2. Colour and Quality very poor bad stitching at waistband
3. Beads on dress not the same as photo on website.
On contacting the LIVE CHAT they have been very unhelpful, they have asked for a photo of me wearing the dress??
One Customer Service agent offered me 25% refund !!
Now taking this to my Credit Card Provider for a full refund and placing a dispute with PAYPAL

I have today received my dress for my sons wedding after contacting them via live chat 3 times for a tracking number which I never received. When it arrived this morning I unpacked it excited to try it on. First it was badly packed, second the colour was not the same shade, third it was not like the picture on the website, fourth it was badly creased and cheaply made. I immediately sent an e-mail to customer services asking for a return address and they replied saying how sorry they were that the dress did not meet my expectations and they would do all they can for me but first I must send in a photo of the dress so they will not make this mistake again. I have replied to the e-mail with the photos now its wait and see. I said I would send the dress back by recorded delivery and hoped to get a reply asap. I have paid through Paypal so I hope I get all my money back. I am concerned that this company say the dresses come from my country UK but the parcel was covered in Chinese writing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This Company is a scam. We ordered a dress 3 months before a prom, but it never came and it was paid for. Kept chasing it every month and getting more and more upset that there would be no prom dress. in the end told them to cancel and send refund but nothing happened.
NEVER NEVER order from this company and NEVER pay them anythiing. When you try to get a refund youjust get told that it has to be authorised by a manager but he is in a meeting. Or that they are checking the despatch company. but they never email back.
If you must do anything with this company make sure that you take a copy of the chat because there is no email trail.
Please warn all your friends. In particular young people who want a nice dress and can't afford to lose ££££s becasue once it is paid for it will be gone. They will keep promising until after the paypal and credit card chargeback limits have passed - then you're stuffed.

Poor Service
I ordered three dresses for a very special function. They asked me to cancel one dress but I decided to cancel all three. They ignored my request to cancel all three and proceeded to make they other two dresses dispite several email telling them to cancel the order. I wished I had seen this reviews about the company before placing my order. I believed that they were an British company other wise I would have not placed my order. I still have not had a full refund and I an going to set up a dispute with paypal. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY.

I ordered dressess from dressesonlinesale.co.uk and I was not happy with the colour that was sent and the quality of the material. Their site states a 15 day return policy, and I am still within this period, what can I do to get my refund back? They refuse to refund me, they keep offering me discounts PLEASE HELP

Absolutely terrible! I waited a month to get a prom dress I ordered just to have them send the wrong one! When I explained to them all they said was "we are sorry but this dress is beautiful too". If I wanted that dress I would have ordered it...
The customer service was terrible and took days to respond to the complaints. Their 'full refund' bit is entirely a scam for they make you pay return shipping which to china is about $130.
I am now stuck with a terrible dress that I will not wear and $200 dollars gone.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase from this site
