faulty and no refund
Stay away!!!!!!!!! I bought 3 dresses which all arrived faulty, bad stitching, rips and one dress still had pins in it!!! THEY LOOKED TACKY!! Took weeks to get a response about returning dresses. once i did i sent them back but they refused to accept the box from the courier! i contacted them again and its now 3 weeks of nearly fighting on emails everyday to get my money, they promise a refund and still nothing. they then said they would refund me but they wanted postage costs back that i didnt pay as the dress was free to post. they wont refund my return postage costs. i went to paypal but it seems i cant get it back from paypal as its clothing but i will have to ring them again or ill go through my credit card. ill update you if i get a refund.

Just don't bother. Apparently the delivery time is 19-26 days costing you 15 pounds for delivery charge. Not sure why they should charge an extortionate cost of 15 pounds when delivery time is 19-26 days is beyond me.
Either way, that's not the whole story. The problem with this website is that their customer service is s***. Like really s***.
I would have preferred to pay the extra 20 pounds on buying a dress on asos.com where delivery is quick and cheap.
Furthermore, getting a refund for dissatisfaction of what you have received is so easy on asos.com but with dressesonlinesale.co.uk - it's like having a 10-year long battle. Not only can you not contact them via phone - you have to go through this "live chat" - (average wait is 4 hours by the way - I went on it three times, and thankfully as I was working at the office, the chat was turned on whilst I was working).
Their prices for the dresses are cheap but it really is NOT worth the effort.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Beautiful dress
i got a beautiful evening dress from the Dressesonlinesale.co.uk a month ago. I received my dress on the day they said I'm going to receive it. I loved the dress and I'm very excited to wear it as a reception dress for my party. i had a good luck, got the dress on time. and i love the comfortable feel when put it on.

Dress
I have ordered a dress from dressesonlinesale.co.uk two weeks ago and paid £15 extra for a 'super rush delivery'. I had placed the order on 28th july and was meant to be delivered on 10th August but did not receive my dress and i don't think i will ever get the dress as this a fake site that are just there to rob people. i just discovered that there are reviews about this site and realised how everyone had bad experience. when i chat to them on online chat i got nowhere as they wrote very bad english and nothing made sense at all. they told me that my dress was delayed because they had to send it back to the factory and they did not know why.
I am left very frustrated and angry! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!
